I like this Waitrose coz of its decent size. It used to b full stock but now a days a lot of things missing. On top of that the way security guard looks at u, make u feel like ur shoplifter. Other then that, lovely store lovely location. Staff is helpful n friendly. Oh I like their wine section. Plenty of nice range at very reasonable prices.

I would like to thank you personally for the service you are providing for local older people. The cash point machine inside the shop is a great help and safeguard many older people. I live right by the Brunswick centre and so I know the Waitrose very well, and visit regularly. It is a great store in many ways. as with most Waitroses, generally find everything you might want and usually end up buying far more than you thought you would when you set out. The wine selection is very good and there is also a meat, fish, sushi, and cheese counter. One thing that has bothered me during COVID was how many staff don't wear masks. I would see staff increasingly "exempting" themselves. There is a strange phenomenon where a very high concentration of mask exempted workers seem to work here at the Waitrose in the Brunswick centre. Very strange, indeed. It must be something about this place because I would see a staff member one week wearing a mask, and the next week not. There is an ATM inside for anyone who needs cash, and a plastic bag recycling also. They no longer do the free coffee during covid times.

Where can I start. Perhaps the location as something that's not quite so obvious with Waitrose, it's in a great location just 30 or so metre from Russell Square London Underground station. It has got a great selection of quality groceries. I totally love doing my shopping here before jumping into the training home. I've been coming here on the regular for years - Waitrose tends to be a bit more pricey but the range here is impeccable and it's probably one of the brightest grocery stores in London with a light atmosphere. Quite easily one of the best places to shop for groceries in London

I recently got a GMAIL account so bare with me if typos occur as such. I am a a 75 year old man so during this Pandemic I haven't been able to leave my house as often as I would like. I am a regular customer to the store and I love the friendly personal atmosphere that I receive every time I visit. However, with the pandemic my access to Waitrose has been limited. I had been using there food delivery service as per my daughter's recommendation and I was recently made aware that they had partnered with deliveroo according my to my granddaughter. I often forget things as I have onset Alzheimers so I wanted to try the service out. I can say, that I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and kindness of the service. My order came with a note wishing me a lovely day and the package itself was packaged nicely. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Waitrose for the service, it has made me feel a lot less alone during a difficult time. Bertland.

Well stocked supermarket. Spacious & well layed out. Easy to find everything, and helpful staff is always at hand if there are any queries. Loving their complementary tea or coffee policy for regular customers with a Waitrose loyalty card. They also often have great deals and special offers. It's always a joy shopping here. Also there are a few bike racks by the entrance, which is very helpful for those of us who cycle. :)

Popped in on my lunch time for a quick rush for dinner bits but was distracted by the amazing shop front which displayed all the Christmassy bits to which instantly got me in the mood for Christmas and also spending unnecessary amounts of money on mince pies and treats. Well worth it. The layout of the store is impressive and its literally has everything you could want and more. It was very clean and the staff were so polite and friendly. On the point of mentioning the staff I would like to say a massive thank you and a BIG shout out to Jacqueline who works on the '10 items or less' express till. First time in store and most definitely will not be the last due to this phenomenal lady. She was so welcoming, polite, bubbly and all round had an amazing aura about her. Its extremely hard to get great customer service especially this time of year due to a lot of stress and sales but Jacqueline was so professional and constantly had a smile on her face. This lady is an absolute asset to Waitrose and I could not recommend her anymore. I will definitely be coming back to store now for all my shopping because of this lady so thank you Waitrose for hiring such pleasant staff.

Waitrose is arguably the finest supermarket brand in Britain and this store does not disappoint. Partners are friendly and approachable, goods are well-stocked (particularly the vegetarian selection), and the produce is always first-rate. Added to this that this branch is in the attractive Brunswick Centre at the heart of Bloomsbury and you have a grocery shopping destination that beats all local competition.

Possibly my favourite Waitrose. One of the biggest with full stock of practically everything you might want. The products are very special and of a very high quality, from food to shampoos and wine and exotic fruit and skincare products and even flowers. This store has a special magical feel about it and whenever I want to feel good I just pop in and walk around and buy a bouquet of flowers and a handful of fresh fruits, such as raspberries or strawberries.

probably the biggest supermarket in the area, so has excellent choice of fresh food. the frozen food section is rather small though and mainly only has ice-cream. lots of self check-out counters at both exits now. staff/service is a bit of a hit and miss, the majority are great and very helpful but some of the staff are chatting to each other (at the tills for example) rather than scanning your items when you're right in front of them, or are generally dismissive of you. service has generally improved over the last couple of years though.

This Waitrose is my go-to grocery store for most items as it has just about anything you'd want. The store is always clean and the staff, friendly. The only downside to waitrose in general is that it's overpriced for certain things such as chicken which I can get for half the price in another store like Sainsburys. It also doesn't help that Waitrose has done away with the discounts that you could choose if you had a Waitrose membership card. We were told that we'd be receiving vouchers regularly in place of those discounts but haven't received any except for right before they implemented the new system (and even then the vouchers were pretty much useless). The only thing left for me now are Fish Fridays.

Amazing selection. I have found nearly everything in this supermarket. The prices are of course a bit on the high side being a Waitrose, but just for the selection it is worth it to me. I also found the store brand to be of good value (ex granola, juices, grains). Only let down is the avocados are never good.

This fairly large Waitrose has everything you need. However, no toilets, although there's a sign that says there is. No free parking anymore for customers in the underground NCP car park which would be really useful. Had to reduce my shopping to what I could carry due to this. I did the rest of my shopping at an M&S close to home. Shame.

I really love Waitrose generally as the quality is very good and the store experience is lovely. However (probably because I tend to use this one the most) I can't help but get frustrated about the way the have one queue for both the tills and the self-service, which means that if you want to go to one of the empty self-service machines you still have to queue, or try and push your way through. Also the staff are generally not around, and when they are, they do not uphold the standards of behaviour you'd expect from Waitrose staff. That said, I still go here because they really do have excellent produce.

You get what you pay for. It can be more expensive than other supermarkets, but the ingredients are much fresher and flavourful, the staff is fairly paid and happier, and the selection of foods is unparalleled within a 30 minute radius (if not more). I've been shopping here for years, and unless it burns down I will continue to shop here until I move out of London.

If you live around Bloomsbury, it is probably the biggest supermarket in the area. I particularly enjoy the big variety of fruits and veg to choose from, as well as the extensive baking products offering. They have a small gluten free section but not as many products as one might expect.

Waitrose is the deluxe version of the supermarkets if I have to place it on my personal scale.. It offers amazing refrigerated desserts, which are again an idea more deluxe than the ones sold in the basic and wide spread supermarkets, such as Panna Cotta – my personal favourite! The cakes that you can have ordered there for any occasion you need them, are kind of pricey, but pieces of art indeed! So if you are regular at Tesco and feel like wanting to break the rut with something different, Waitrose is the place!
