The shop is consistently very good. The staff are always helpful and deal well with questions. It is worth parking at the multi park area at the same level as the shop for easy access. The relative late opening on Sundays to 6pm is useful for weekly shopping.

This store is amazing. They have a wide range of high quality fruits and organic food. The staff are so nice and the store is clean. Since I have started doing my food shopping here I refuse to shop at anywhere else!

The staff at this store go above and beyond. Particularly Rama, as she makes everyone feel so welcome! My mother in law goes in here everyday. Her name is Breda Murphy!! She went in on her 77th birthday just like she does everyday and received some flowers from her and the staff which made her day! She is an asset to the team.

Hand Face Space Consideration. A impressive size supermarket. It carry the usual fresh produce, meal time ideas and cleaning items. Just note from 27 Sept 2021 all Waitrose store would like shoppers to bring their own shopping bags in.line with their commitment to reduce impact of plastic on the environment. The new stronger reusable carrier bags will be available for 50p. Just bring shopping bags when you go there to shop.

It is a good branch to go to pick up a small shop but there isn't as much choice as a regular Waitrose.

This Waitrose has a surprising amount of choice, it's a medium sized store but there are a lot of options, especially when it comes to things like spices, sauces and ready to eat meals. A lot of staff on hand to help and it's clean and tidy.

I’m working with flowers and this means I have to have flowers always for my shootings,portfolio and for my own entertainment. While the store is not the biggest it has a great variety of flowers and vases that I like to explore almost daily. The prices are also very good and the store has always good offers on others variety of products as well. This is my local shop, I like it,I recommend it and I am enjoying it as much as I can.

If just for their shopping bags and free hot drinks! Lol. I haven't tried using my Waitrose loyalty card for the hot beverage recently (for now you have to bring your own cup) but I like the durable shopping bags for my shopping Lol! The yoghurts are the same price as any other store and lunch time snacks are fine but otherwise it's the less pricier stores that seem to offer just as good products! Excellent place though for ease of shopping aisles and quality!

Waitrose is a first class supermarket with fresh cheese and meat counters. They have a wonderful organic, vegan and vegetarian range of excellent quality. They also sell sproud pea protein milk which is my favourite milk alternative. The staff are friendly and helpful

This is a medium sized store with a good range of produce. All the usual offer and one of the new Sushi bars. I find the layout a bit awkward but I think its the best they can do with the structure they have. There is a surface and multi storey car park adjacent. The entrance to the store is within the main BX Centre.

Waitrose is one of my favourite supermarket,for quality,for organisation and for freshness! So many buses stopping just in front of the shopping centre and also 10 min walk from brent cross underground station (northern line)..... I been in this one many times,is on the first floor of the shopping centre....they closing at 8 in the evening so it's convenient for people who is working during the day...... Is quite clean and well organised so it's easy find everything you need.... Also a free cup of tea or coffe with your shopping and your loyalty card...... They got a huge selections of gluten free staff even gluten free frozen staff....love gluten free pizza and pasta..... Staff at the till are very very polite,always smiling,friendly,helpfull and not long queue! I normally go before their closing time and I can get good bargain for meat and fruit or bakery staff..... Overall,recommend,is a good one's in the area!

This is a supermarket that is in a shopping centre by the name of Brent Cross. It sells everything from fresh produce to frozen food and vegetables. It also sells a variety of deli products to drinks to baby products. Handy if you are there shopping and need a supervisor

A typical huge Waitrose Store. If you are coming by bus, then it’s slightly away from the bus stop. It’s mostly easier to reach the parking area from this shop. People who walk down to Brent shopping center is quite tricky to get in.

Waitrose has always struck me as better than many supermarkets but in terms of quality no where near as luxurious or consistent as the mighty M and S. My big issue with this branch (I don't know if this is a general issue) but there is no customer loyalty. I shop there a few times a week and spend quite a few pounds and the offers I get are laughable, for example discounts on sellotape or 1/2 price on items I do not buy. Their stocking system is odd too, it's very common for them to run out of items you need. It's convenience rather than customer satisfaction that keeps me shopping here.

Waitrose - the superior supermarket. I visited on 12 December 2020 evening. Just after lockdown and with possible no-deal Brexit staring in our faces. I could not see the effect of either. No shortages. Everything is in place. I visit here for some of their savouries - nuts, bread sticks. AFAIK, they are the only supermarket that sell vegetarian cheese bread sticks/twists. Also I like some of their confectionary. Customer service here is definitely more attentive and polite than others.
