Good medium size supermarket, that packs in a lot- still has fresh meat, fish and deli counters and in-store bakery. Also has a sushi bar. Good selection of products and a handy car park. Friendly staff

Parking is simple, just drive through the arch and you can park for 90 minutes free. Wheelchair friendly entrances. This is a super Waitrose with all their wonderful produce. Check out the smart shop system to avoid queues. Scan your Waitrose card to release a handset. Scan the barcodes as you select and into your own bag with the item to skip the check out queues as you confirm your purchases in one go. Simple.

I like Waitros, have been coming here for many years. Staff are always friendly, always willing to answer a question and assist Very well stalked up, fabulous fresh foods, fish and meat. Good wine selection. Everything you need to make a meal is available. During the pandemic, they have put restriction in place for sraff and customer safety. All trollies are wiped down and handed to you at entrance, also at exit someone will assist in carrying your shopping back to your car. Has great parking space available. Another pleasant shopping trip.

If you don’t mind the Waitrose expensive prices than this is a great store. Very big and you will find everything you need. Bakery, fish and meat isle etc. They also offer free parking (quite large) but beat in mind that it’s only for a limited time of 1:30’. If you fail to leave by then , you get a ticket.

It was a nice store to come across. It has a nice, big variety of food and the staff is generally helpful. I have been shopping here a while now, and things have improved a LOT, not saying they were a bad supermarket before, compared to other Waitrose supermarkets, I think I got the best service in this one

One of the best Waitrose in London. One of the central places on the high street in East Sheen. They have a fish monger, a bakery, a butcher which has a lot of choice inc. lamb neck fillet, cumberland sausages etc. Also, they have a very large selection of vegetables, well organised. About the largest I've seen. Clean, well stocked, pleasant experience. Not overpriced at all for the excellent quality. Also free parking for two hours, which is good given the location.

This Waitrose branch is big enough for a quick or weekly groceries shopping but no kitchen tools or baking products (baking tray)

Normal Waitrose store, quiet and not busy. You are allowed to park free for 90 minutes. Very useful facility. As the store being on Sheen high street one can do local shopping. Due to the pandemonium stock level is low but enough choice for normal lifestyle .

Waitrose is a good place to shop overall and this one has a large free carpark and their are plenty of other shops close by. But one thing Waitrose has to do better on is pricing their goods wherever they are in the shop and making sure the right ticket is under the product. I shop in 2 of the larger ones and both are guilty of this and I'm not talking about 1 or 2 items either.

Excellent overall. Yes a bit pricy, however it has really great discount offers on a wide range high quality stuff, even compared to other “cheaper” competitors. This I think, more than makes up for it. Once I forgot my wallet in the store at the checkout. It was returned to me with all my cards and £120 cash in it.

My favorite waitrose, because some of the staff are really nice and go above and beyond expectations - really. They have toilets for wheelchair users as well as separate men and women's. Quality produce at expensive prices, with a wider range than Richmond. Reductions can be worth going for at the end of the day.

The decline in this shop over the years has been frightening They now regularly run out of basic items. And the overall offer of the whole chain not a patch on Aldi. But at least they have now given us a sushi bar. Keeping cucumbers in stock would be my preference.

Nice and easy apart from being a disabled person after doing my shopping then being told that you now have to carry your shopping all the way down the ramp adding extra walking when its hard enough having as a disabled person its not easy doing things my self so its not good to be told that you have extra miles to go when you done your shopping
