If you are lucky about when you go there is enough variety and is enough personal to help you can have good time. Lately Waitrose edgware road are letting people down with poor labels. They are not like used to be. For moment i felt i was in a Waitrose at hambra in Beirut. What is best in this Waitrose is the session of breads and cakes. I love it.

Excellent supermarket. Well stocked, extremely polite and helpful staff, wide range of foods and other household daily needs. Best thing is that if you want something that the supermarket doesn't stock and you tell the manager, they will try to arrange to stock the item. I personally have been able to add three items that I regularly buy

This is a super Waitrose and the only one we go to which surpasses it is of course Brent Cross. Customer service is superb

I walked in and couldn't believe the food they had in there! There was potatoe's and bacon and even eggs! Wow! Amazing!. Oh yeah and even peanut butter! I'd go there if i were you. I could spend all day in there but i suppose they would chuck me out!

Nobody is ever at the customer helpdesk and my card was blocked 3 times so I waited for forever twice and gave up. This was because they didn’t have a manager with a handset at the checkout when you get selected for a random checks when using quick checkout. My card is still blocked and I worry I’d be treated like a thief or something if I use it again. They’re usually well stocked and not too many issues otherwise.

I live down the road from this store. Really friendly security man and staff are always on hand to help. Was very happy to see their range of fruits extend to GOLD KIWIS. I am a huge fan of these and find them hard to source in many other supermarkets. Not to mention the variety in other products such a ice cream, domestic necessities and other is far greater than the average other supermarket.

I live a few mins walk from this Waitrose , been shopping here for good few years. Staff always been helpful and friendly. Decent variety options on products. Restocked quick enough (~1 week) for necessities from spikes.

I must say at the outset that Waitrose has been my favourite shop for about 5 yrs. I love the high quality, high welfare meat, it's innovative dishes which are always tasty and healthy, the fabulous chocolate range, especially the Lindt Desert Xmas range. And Edgware Rd stock is in that league - it's just the environment and design of the space which lets it down. I haven't developed a full assessment but off the top of my head is the v high ceilings are wasted and have the air of one of those industrial design spaces. Next the general shop floor decor is a bit sparse - lots of tiles but a lack of flourishes which would soften that harshness. I think an upgrade would really act to maximise what is a wonderful product.

A large Waitrose all on the ground floor. Car parking is less a couple of minutes walk away. There's also a 10 minute wait loading zone directly outside the store.

A wide and fair range of items and shopping carts available. Fresh meat available for your selection. I found light bulbs. Wine selection good and for all budgets. For the area probably the best grocery.

Good, but used to be better. Stocks always seem low now, they’ve reduced the variety of certain items and it’s common to see out of date or expired veg/salad in the shelves. Shame as it should be kept in better order! Staff are normally very friendly except one, occasionally see managers walking around in groups passing comment on what’s not good, but not fixing it immediately either, kind of daft! Hope they up their game again soon!

This Waitrose store is very nice. It has helpful and kind staff. It is easy to find; on the main road. Reasonably big and resourceful. It does not have everything, but the range is good. It is also one of the John Lewis only shopping collection stores.

I absolutely love the huge collection of healthy products to choose from! I especially love the Quaker Oats Super Goodness Selection! Keep them coming! Staff is incredibly nice and polite and I've seen them deal with problematic (and mentally unstable ) people with great proficiency. Very clean and convenient! Keep up the great work!

Wide range of quality products and the staff were always polite with me. However, I witnessed a very unpleasant staff-costumer encounter. The costumer was complaining that there is not enough staff serving, and a high ranking staff appeared and told the costumer to stop talking or he will chuck him out of the store. I was very disappointed since this can happen to anyone.

The nicest staff I've experienced from a supermarket. Especially the guys from the Sushi counter, Fung and Lehbo are fantastic and I always come in a have a chat with them during lunch time, even when I bought my own lunch to work, otherwise I wouldn't have spent so much money on sushi every week.

I've been going to Waitrose since their opening few years ago. The customer service was always amazing, whether at the meat/fish/cheese counter or check out tills; I could see that extra emphasis and training had gone into ensuring the best customer service is provided. Sadly lately I am not seeing this. Today I went to the fish counter to get some oysters, I stood there while the two gentlemen servicing the counter were just chatting to each other... about stuff. I waited thinking one of them will surely approach me, but they didn't. I walked away. I returned 5 minutes later, I really wanted that dozen of oysters, but then one of the gentlemen was talking to who looked like his manager; talking about signing some document, the discussion went on and on while I waited. Again I walked away... sadly didn't get the Oysters as I really hate being ignored :=( at check out, the ladies were also carried away in some chatter about their weekend plans. I stood there waiting to pay with my card, but had to wait till the conversation was finished. I sense management has changed... bring back the old ones please!!

Unfortunately,,a man has an undesirable following; a few people of ill-will of the outside community are spreading gossip about a man to damage his reputation to have him beaten, locked-up and slayed. Should this gossip continue within the community of waitrose? Enter Rose store 5th Jan 19...A man of small size asks if I am alright prior to whistling continuously with wide cavity yawn then other store tellers encircle one to side with the store man to portray me as a deranged man. For 6 years this has been ongoing...A dark police network have been also for 6 years been persuing me on the streets and into rose stores with wide cavity yawn and whistle and brow frown to portray one as a whistle blower, mad man, deranged man for assylum torture death plan. This is because one was fitted up by cartel networks for the mobile city encirclement of mr bigs cocaine cartel. Sirens then used one as a cat's paw to do their dirty work to act as a honey pot to trap mr bigs cartel street operaters along with bag theives and other operaters against ones will. Sirens continue to encircle mr bigs cartel networks while feigning covert sheild to circle me on streets and into stores with singing slander..."that man not well, he needs health care, using false whispers and slogans and signs on machines of menace...Deadline...HealthCare...to get one locked up in an assylum with feign of own death by 3rd parties leaving them for what they believe blameless. I have been used as a cat's paw by a dark police force (singing SIRENS) against ones will to act as a honey pot to trap mr bigs street operaters ranging from drug dealers to bag thieves. On every journey since 09 for 10 years I have been encircle hunted with abuse ranging from fights to death threats to dehumanization with whistle taunts, eyeballing, feign of pig yawn, nose and hand gestures to portray one as a cocaine user...drones of SIRENS from non emergency veihicals circling one feigning covert protection when using signs healthcare, Deadline...to manipulate the public and justify my assylum lock-up feign of own death end less them being directly blamed. I ask for your loyal alliance to not fall short of slanderous gossip and to do good for man.
