n. s.One the best Waitrose supermarket and an asset to the area. Opens early, closes late, well stocked and bigger than most others, and staffed by friendly partners as expected. This particular branch has a cafe, though its closed atm (due to Covid), a sushi bar, car park on a higher level, and everything is laid out well. I like their efforts during Easter, Halloween and Christmas with thematic items, very lucky to live nearby. Cheers! 👍
m. a.I enjoy shopping at this store - along with they have various organic product ranges from fresh food to bakery, and cupboard items. Happy with the quality of the food most times also. very clean toilet lift to use excellent customer service They also have a large car park so parking is easy.in very busy Fulham Broadway area
S.Newspaper stand @ checkouts opposite aisle 1, magazines in aisle 7, extensive alcohol selection in back two aisles alongside the bakery..
Outside: ATM, bike rack, dog stop and parking in basement
Inside: coffee machine, wifi, cafe style seating at front window for eating in-store purchases like the sushi, wine & coffee bar at back of store right by the gin :)
Clean, well staffed, good selection of products. Often low or sold out of stock on Mondays following a busy weekend.
Staff do not appear focussed on customer interaction but are always helpful when approached. I have seen them look after customers who need a bit of extra attention really well. I've never seen any negative behaviour from staff.
Offers many wholefoods items at lower prices. I wish they would offer paper bags too, even reusable plastic bags are not great.. but I don't always have a bag with me :(
C. B.We had a pleasant shopping experience, most of the items were available. But You could see gaps on the shelves Unfortunately. It's mostly everywhere , this lorry driver shortage, it's a serious issue. This particular Waitrose is also affected by this. Apart from all this, it seemed all good. Car park a bit messy though.

However, I agree with other reviewers that this store sometimes gets too busy and you end up not getting what you wanted when you're there, then need to come back again later when they restock the products. Being a regular shopper I kinda find a way to deal with this - I check the products availability on the website, and order them for collection, or get them delivered straight to my door. Small tip - sometimes they provide surprise gift if you order online regularly. hope this review helps others😊

V.I just moved here a couple of days ago.
I have been here every day to buy bits for the new house. The customer service is unbelievable. Today I enquired about the recycling that you have in your car park Ethan took it upon himself to help me locate it. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you
