Had a very pleasant encounter with Mark at the front counter who had kindly assisted me with an issue that was bugging me for weeks. He was very kind and helped me with my issue without any hesitance. I will definitely be back to shop here very soon! Thanks Mark, you’re the best!

Waitrose at Greenwich is my regular place for daily grocery shopping. Chicken & fish is always fresh. Also, you could find fresh fruits & vegetables. Currently they are selling Indian Alphanso mangoes as well. In case of emergency, you can find basic Indian masala here. Currently they are having ‘The Levantine Table’ flavours of middle easy, so very delicious ready to eat food added to there collection. Overall good grocery shopping experience.

A medium-sized supermarket conveniently located between Greenwich and Deptford, the grocery selection is varied enough that you could use this Waitrose for your entire weekly shop (although prices are noticeably steeper than other 'lowlier' supermarkets). Store layout is good and the aisles are clean and uncluttered, even early in the morning when shelves are being restocked. The wines and spirits section is particularly impressive. There's a spacious subterranean car park which is free for two hours when you spend £10 or more in the shop. Staff are helpful and there's even an offer of a free coffee or tea for Waitrose card holders.

The best thing I find they offer a free coffee or tea to people who shop here. The place is costly than Tesco and Asda. Bakery is fresh and good. Open from Mon to Sat 7.00 am to 10 pm and on Sunday 11 am to 5 pm.

Our local Waitrose which we quite like. Staff are mostly friendly and if not, they undergo training which seemed to do miracles for security staff, too. Can be quite busy and packed but nice during the pandemic too, social distancing, crowd control and sanitary stations in place. Good international drinks and vegan food selection. Sadly, no warm foods section like our other one in St Katherines Wharf. Recommended.

The best place to shop in our area. Good range of high quality products, great service, parking for free underneath. Usually busy, but never that long a wait. So a well run supermarket; my go to in the area, despite being further than Sainsburys (which suffers for being nearly inaccessible by car in peak hour due to traffic, as well as being a notch below in quality as well).

A very good experience and friendly staff. I preferred it when the coffee could be obtained at the start and enjoyed while browsing but I understand why a receipt is needed. The shop is fairly small but well stocked. I have a waitrose card and often receive discounts by post which I am able to use in this store. Parking is free when shopping at Waitrose but limited to two hours. Checkouts can get very busy particularly at weekends.

Medium size with a good selection of food and a nice wine cellar. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. More expensive than big supermarkets but but there are often reductions on food near sell by date. Parking downstairs is free if you spend £10.

What makes this a great supermarket is their very helpful and friendly staff! They have everything you need, and the store is also open at convenient times. Good selection of fruit, vegetables and meats. Their wine section is big and has a lot of variety.

The fact that they close at 17:00 on Sunday is simply Ridiculous. But I do not want to penalize the staff for this, Herefordshire Fillet Steak is a good supplier's choice. Great when you want to buy and not have time to pop in-and-out-and-in local shops, not great to go to the supermarkets too often in my view, support locals is better for them and for your amplified choices.

Despite the clear sign saying shopping is restricted to people shopping singly (except for those with children/needing assistance), there are too many people queuing outside in pairs and then switching to queuing singly as they get near to the door to go in singly before recombining as a couple once inside. This slows entry for genuine single-shoppers and, as the sign says, presents a greater Covid threat to store staff and other shoppers. We are far from over the virus so while it's nice to share shopping duties, please protect the staff we all rely on and do your shopping singly and alternately.

On the small side of the "full size" branches (I.e. not one of their micro stores) so not the full range of stock you would find in one of the large shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fresh deli and a bakery tucked away in the back corner. Try and avoiding driving there though. The traffic arrangements for getting to the car park are awful and you're just as likely to find yourself driving around in circles as you are to find your way in

I live right confront of the shop. Thanks for the convenience which crosses out the cost. The staff definitely need training on how well to treat the customers- I think they are overworked maybe. Most of the staff are ok, just a few rotten eggs spoil the rest. The managers, they just and do nothing whilst the workers work like ants. Once there was long cue, rather than sorting this out, thosetqo white senior staff just stood by the frozen veg area chatting and laughing whilst we waited.

Upmarket supermarket in waterfront location with 2 hours free undercover parking. If you have a loyalty card and spend 10 pounds you can have a free coffee and newspaper. Also use the quick scan guns and avoid the checkout queues

Staff always polite. If there's a queue it goes down quickly. If you can not find a product staff are quick to check if they stock it and where it is. So apart from it being slightly more expensive than the normal supermarkets ...its worth it.

I always pop in here when cycling from Lewisham to get a free coffee. I then take it down and drink it while looking at the boats sail up and down the river. The shop itself is fine - well stocked and never too busy. The bread here is especially good.

Great store; lovely people. I'm assuming the person who designed the road layout to get to it was dropped on their head before they designed it. Cannot turn right into the Waitrose road when coming in from Greenwich, but have to turn left; do a u turn; block the road waiting at the lights; wait for ages for the lights to change to cross a few yards of road. On exiting; can't turn left into the main road; have to cross the road to do a u turn; block the road waiting at the lights .... you get the picture. Absolutely ridiculous and pointless. This causes more problems than it resolves. Whatever council is responsible, sort yourselves out for goodness sake - filter lights have been in existence for decades - use them!

It's a very nice Waitrose in this new development but with the most ridiculous arrangements for getting there with the car. Coming from Greenwich centre won't allow for turning into the development, requiring a u-turn and leaving won't allow for turning left back to Greenwich centre. Hence, if you come from East Greenwich, prepare for unexpected u-turns or detours.
