I had popped into the Waitrose on Marylbone after spending the whole day at nearby Hospital. It was a rather long day for me me and I also use a walking stick. I didn't have enough strength to work all round the shop find my stuff. I asked one of the the staff members, whose name was Gallia. ( please forgive me forget your name wrong!) . A lovely lady with salt and pepper hair tied up in a ponytail was passing by and I asked her for two things would you kindly took me to the relevant aisle . Has she escorted me around I kept remembering things and she ended up spending a few minutes more then I had expected. Once she saw I was having difficulty she made it a point to take me to every single one of the products I need it it help me pack them. It was such a small gesture but for me it was more than that. I was in pain and she made the experience just wonderful. Her her attitude and empathy just made my shopping experience wonderful. I do hope your management give the appropriate recognition to her because in spite being really busy, she made really a customer happy. Thank you again Galliz

The variety is good, the quality of the fruits especially berry section has been very disappointing recently ( for past 2months). The staff in the till are lovely. There is a butcher and sushi section which is a very nice to have in a small local Waitrose. Also the alcohol drinks section is my fav section with great variety!

You go there hoping the quality is a little bit better than others. You have to be careful in buying fruits and vegetables as you can easily get rotten stuff. It's happen to me too many times. Even if I firstly check one by one the items I need to buy. They may also be OK ish in the shop and gets rotten at home even before the due date. Very disappointed

Lovely store and fantastic food which is a great shopping experience. They offer free coffee to Waitrose loyalty card holders but you need to use your own refillable hot cup as they are doing great things for the environment by reducing paper and plastic waste. However the prices here are fairly high but the food is of high quality. There are other cheaper supermarkets around but they don't do free coffee.

Typical Waitrose. Always very well stocked. Their reduced prices are scarce, you won't be saving any money by going here. But I'm always impressed with the amount of stuff they cram into this place. And they have the free coffee counter right at the entrance.

This is a lovely shop, I was here to buy roquito peppers a couple of days ago. It was a busy time of day and there was quite a long queue, but the checkout people were very quick and efficient. I would come here anytime for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

I love the hustle and bustle of a London supermarket that sits off a major street. Everyone is quickly moving about, grabbing what they need, and hastily getting on with their day. We dropped in to Waitrose to grab a few things for a picnic, some fruit, bread, cured meats, and glorious cheese. Not a day goes by that at least one meal wouldn't have been made better by a little Mature Cheddar. How do I love thee, let me count the ways...

Frozen food, grocery, desserts, dairy….there is a big variety of food regarding brands. This is what I like most in this supermarket because I like trying new things; I mean I don’t buy the same yoghurt or ice-cream every time. Also, the prices are low in compare to other supermarkets nearby.

Ordered delivery groceries from Waitrose Marylebone today. Whoever the staff member is, who packed the bag for my order, you are a wonderful person who made my day so much brighter. My order arrived well packed with care, double paper bagged to ensure nothing fell through as it was heavy, with damp items in thin plastic bag. Mid-sized Waitrose and generally an ok experience. My biggest gripe is that staff supervising the self service checkout are inattentive and slow to help with age verification etc. They seem to be blind to the flashing amber/red lights. Wake up, pay attention and look around you - it’s not that hard!

How can you rate your visit to Waitrose? It's just Waitrose! It's got the same stuff as other supermarkets, but, inexplicably, that little bit more expensive.

Good shop for fresh food, vegetables, meats, etc. I particularly like the fresh fish and meat.

Not a big store, however, as far as Waitrose goes, it has everything you might need - both for a quick shop and a weekend trip. Tip - you can save quite a bit of money if you time it right and visit the store before its closing time; plenty of items reduced more than 80-90% off their original price due to their short expiry date. Never disappointed!
