Good size store with lots of parking. Has car charging points outside. Virgin gym opposite. John lewis collection point also. Good fresh produce with butcher's and fishmonger. Also sells fresh flowers and a small selection of orchids and plants, including fresh herbs. Standard large waitrose store!

Waitrose is such a good quality supermarket, very well laid out and a wonderful selection of fresh, meat, vegetables cheese and fish. I was also pleased to see they have alot of special offers throughout the store. Also they have a wide range of vegan products and organic vegetables certainly the best store for vegans and vegetarians. The staff were friendly but not product knowledgeable

Great selection of products at reasonable prices. The store is spacious and when I visited it was well stocked. I went there to buy a Burnt Basque Cheesecake from The English Cheesecake Company and thankfully, they had it in stock (the cheesecake was amazing btw)

As for a local shop, I am amazed by the variety of products. Great selection of cheese, meat, fish counter and selection of all possible wines and beverages. Staff is always on your request and tills are never overcrowded. Thank you Waitrose !

This store is on my way home from work and gas a free car park so I find it extremely convenient. It is well managed, staff are helpful and pleasant, rarely too crowded (at least at the time of my usual early evening visits 4.30 - 5.30. The usual wide good range of items you expect to find in a larger Waitrose Store, including the Fresh Sushi counter, excellent bread, quality fruit and veg etc. A few electric sockets in car park for recharging or boostering your electric car.

Most of the time, a very pleasant place to shop - not too small, not too large, easy layout, some interesting and unusual varieties for foods, non-food range limited, wine range outstanding, good range of breads (only lacking Polish breads), limited choice of vegetarian sandwiches at lunchtime, sometimes some good deals but normal prices higher than the other supermarkets. Checkout hardly has queues and whole shopping trip is quick!

One of the supermarket chain's stores I regularly use and always love coming back to. I like their fresh meat and fish counter, the consistency of staffing and the experience that comes with it. iI also like heir choice of food items, which has been prepacked rather than freshly picked by me, just in case I cannot find fresh. Also to me, their choice as well as availability of wine offers is exceptionally good compared to all the others.

Generally well run clean store. Excellent dairy, fish, patisserie, ethnic and domestic product sections. But most fresh fruit runs out by mid afternoon! Also soft fruit usually only gives 24 hours before 'use by' date (compare with M&S)

As supermarkets go it's above average. Not as cheap for a weekly shop as Tesco but much better shopping experience from ease of parking, no need for a pound coin to borrow a trolley and the atmosphere inside is calm. As far as Coronavirus measures go, I've seen them disinfecting trolleys and baskets and people inside follow the guidelines.

It has everything you'd expect at a Waitrose. There is coffee and a patisserie although there is nowhere nice to sit inside to drink a cup of coffee with a slice of cake or a biscuit. There are toilets but they look a bit tired and need to be spruced up a bit. You have all the extra services such as click and collect, dry cleaning and so on. The staff though are very helpful.

Great waitrose. There is a really lovely lady on the customer service desk who is always smiling even with the pressures of Christmas deliveries. I wish my local waitrose was this one! There is a good selection of grocery items.

Not the biggest Waitrose, but the store is well laid out, parking is always available and unlike the Waitrose at North Finchley exiting the car park you don't have to queue for minutes to get out if you're turning across traffic.

Usually have a long wait at the checkout and I've noticed trolleys are allowed at the basket only checkouts which causes more delay. If they have a good offer, they are often out of stock and the item returns when the offer is over. The best before dates on fruit and veg can be very poor and they are more expensive than other supermarkets. Items on shelves can be unreachable sometimes and can't find a member of staff to assist. I've found they occasionally have a small bottle of Evian still water in their drinks fridge for display only which is a shame! Really pleased Warburtons white bread big loaf made a return in September 2019 but its often out of stock. The lovely vegetarian cottage pie has been gone for months, probably the vegan stuff that can't be without chilli has replaced it. At 9am on 24th Oct 19 there was only 1 person at a checkout in the whole store which was disgusting so I had a long wait. Just not good enough, I only wanted to use my paper subscription voucher. Given it 3 stars due to there being no other supermarket close to home so rely on it a lot.

We have been shopping at the Mill Hill Branch for 5 years as it is our local store. It used to be excellent and it still is 75% of the time. Unfortunately stock levels on many items including basics is getting very erratic, especially amongst the Waitrose own brand products both food and household goods. The staff do not seem to be properly briefed either. A couple of weeks back I went to the store in the morning and asked about puy lentils which had not been in stock for weeks and was told they should be delivered on the following Sunday and on the shelves by Tuesday or Wednesday. Unbeknownst to me, my husband was in the store later in the day and spoke to the 'Store Ambassador' who told him that he had no idea when they would be in but said that we could find them in the Finchley branch - very weird. As it happened, the man I spoke to was right, there were in stock but only 3 pkts on the shelf - so we bought the lot. Several times I have been forced to buy big name brands instead of own brands of household goods that are at least double the price. Waitrose - get your act together

I've shopped at a few different London branches of Waitrose. The Mill Hill branch has the best service. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. Also a great range of products, apart from BOL salads. I've only ever purchased from Waitrose in Westfield White City.

Free drinks are located near the entrance, but they can also be used at the cake sales corner in the back, so if you have any problems, you can go there. Parking is the easiest at supermarkets around here. If you don't know when Totteridge or Ballers Lane will cause an accident, this is unlikely to happen. It seems to be a venerable supermarket that Mrs. Kate used to go to in the past. There is a virgin sports club. Unmanned cash register available. Restroom available. (Original) お手洗いがあるのは子連れには凄く助かる。 値段は紀伊国屋レベルだが、やはり居心地はいい。 無料ドリンクは入口近辺にあるが、奥のケーキ販売コーナーでも入れてくれるので何か問題があった場合そちらに行ってもいい。 この周辺のスーパーマーケットでは一番駐車がしやすい。トッテリッジとかバラーズレーンのはいつ事故を起こすかわからないとか考えると、こちらが事故は起きなさそう。 昔ケイト夫人が通っていた由緒正しいスーパーらしい。 バージンのスポーツクラブが併設されている。 無人レジ有。お手洗い有。
