Absolutely phenomenal service from Christal. Allowed to discount drinks from the Green Kings Ice Breaker Pale Ales for each of the drinks we bought. Super friendly, super fast, effective and gave us a good laugh at the end.

Proving more difficult to find favourite items and alternatives not always as good and dearer. Like most stores prices are rising. My dogs preferred food hasn't been seen for months now.

The service my partner and I received here just before 19:30 yesterday was exceptional! We went to a till instead of self check out and the lovely staff member was so friendly. I didn’t pay, so I don’t have the staff member’s name, but a female and was at the smaller tills; closer to the magazines. Thank you so much to her! As was the gentleman whom was managing the baskets and trolleys. All staff (but one whom I rarely see) here are so friendly and kind. I want to say a massive thank you.

Usually quite tucked awsy in the shopping centre, they are a little low most of the time on fresh produce, but on certain days like Friday your spoilt for choice.

Came in this morning and spoke to one of the staff members who went the extra mile to help me with my question came back later and got the chicken for someone who is homeless in the area I then went and spoke to duty manager and he passed me over to the manager who told me the staff was called Paul can I say a big thank you to him and well done great custer service 100/100

Incredible Waitrose branch. Staff are always very friendly, layout is great (although this has often been a controversial topic amongst locals) and the sushi counter is awesome (especially when they're giving out free samples). A joy to shop in and free coffee is of great quality. Only negative is aimed at online favourite items could be improved.

Quite big, I found all my favourite Waitrose groceries. Wide range of organic vegetables and sweets- my fuel.

Has happened that muffins or bread goes green before due by date but otherwise a relatively good Waitrose. A small issue is that the store gets a little cramped and the casier get a long queue. I advise taking the scan my self option. Goes a lot quicker. Overall good store with good quality products of a good range.

Amazing supermarket! Good quality food and when there are offers it could be even cheaper than other supermarkets (competition). This specific supermarket in Putney is quite nice and has most of the products we need.

One of the most Waitrose Waitroses of all the Waitroses. Has an outstanding cheese selection, more wines than a Majestic and is always sold out of Tatler. Inferior to Farnham but superior to King’s Road in both size and clientele.

Great that you have added a Sushi bar but your pre packs don't include ginger and wasabi . Very disappointed to find this out when I got home you need to train check out staff to help with this. My sushi was not that great without it as none is used in the making either which is unusual
