Very helpful, smiley lady named Nisa at self checkout. She is there regularly helping customers who are in need, i think it's time she gets recognised and praised for her hard work as some of these customer's before me seem like they have never used a self checkout machine before and it would most certainly test my patience but she is calm and collected. Excellent service from her as always. Keep it up 👏🏼

A middle eastern lady on the check out had great customer service on Saturday. Smiley and offered help with my trolley. Kindly offered daffodils for free because had bloomed. The click and collect system is efficient for my John Lewis orders. 4 stars, why is the only plastic bag available 50p!!

Good store with friendly staff. Everyone really tries to help you out when you are can't find an item or it seems to be out of stock. Only thing that could improve is the fresh produce section; a lot of the times the are little to no fresh herbs and some vegetables are also out of stock fairly frequently. The flowers or potted plants one can buy here also seen to die rather soon. Other than that everything is really good.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff that is working hard at the moment. My boyfriend and I went to go to shop for essentials today, the line was short and managed well. I had to wait for my boyfriend outside as for now only one person per household is allowed to go into the shop( totally understandable) Unfortunately I had to witness 2 customers being extremely rude to the person managing the queue in the only 15 min I was waiting. I’m sorry that some people still don’t understand how serious this situation is and than also need to let the frustration out on staff that is still coming to work to ensure we all get food. So thank you all at waitrose (especially our St.Kathrine branch) Not to mention the free flowers they were giving out to apologize for the inconvenience

Friendly Staff, amazing selection of vegetarian and vegan products for a chain! Appreciate the free newspaper too. Prices are considerably higher than Asda and Lidl, but the quality is better. You pay for the quality of food (especially fruit and veg!), for actual social distancing, for respectful fellow shoppers and for a high standard of customer service. The only supermarket I don’t dread coming too since the pandemic began. No free flowers as the customer below, but we love this place! 5 star all the way!

There is pretty much a whole aisle deticated to chocolate products but you will find only very few gums. Anything else is average.

Lovely to see waitrose"partners "Sue and Janet on checkout after a long time in lockdown. They made shopping less a chore and more a personal service. Remembered to ask about my health and family in a culturally appropriate way and did so whilst working efficiently and professionally together to checkout shopping in record time. No excessive queuing, no overcharging. Just plain old fashioned courtesy and politeness combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Happy to have this Waitrose branch as my new local store! The store is always clean and well stocked, has a lot of organic food and a great wine selection but staff is what makes the store even more wonderful, always so welcoming and friendly and eager to help, even during current stressful times.

Large enough to have a-bit of everything including bakery, kitchenware and a cheese counter too and has “Sushi daily” always a plus for me. And really glad they have underground parking for customers as well. Due to COVID they have hand sanitizer and you must wear a mask. And the place wasn’t overly crowded so no queuing was required.

The nicest branch ever! Very logical, never food shortage. A big shout out to the security guy (called Joseph I think) - have never seen anyone loving his job so much! Always happy and smiley and loves the customers. Could see him helping the staff out with trolleys and handing out the baskets too - such a great asset to the team. Store is good size, great selection produce and ready meals in various price ranges. This is our local grocery store so we go there often. Staff is general friendly, store neat and tidy. Only issue we have had is security guy comes with a load of attitude. There has been few occasions when he has been rude. He can make you feel very unvelcome.

Staff were really helpful. I wanted to look for a few items and when I asked for their help, it wasn't too much trouble to assist me. It was my first trip to this branch of Waitrose. It's also in a very nice location. The food selection is great and appetising. The sushi counter looked great too. I would highly recommend for anyone to visit.

Amazing range of products, prices and lots of deals. Security guy is super friendly saying hi and helping with baskets and staff is super helpful as well, I started to visit this shop around a week ago and won't go anywhere else. I used to live in the west and had huge Tesco nearby, so this big Waitrose is incomperably better range of goods. So far this is one of the best supermarket I've been in London. If you go on Sunday they have a lot of pretty good deals.

The store has fresh produce, several healthy options for takeaway, a delicious bakery, and even a section with home goods.

Generally a good store, with good product. It is a high volume shop, so stock can run down quickly. Employees are not the best with customers - the most annoying habit is that will be in the middle of serving you (especially at the check out) and stop what they are doing do have a conversation with another employee. This is a particular problem at the basket only line. This is not a single instance, it happens all the time.

Good selection of products for such a small shop although I question decisions Ade on which fruit and veg to have. Again lots of managers walking around not doing much and overworked till staff with log queues. Ladies at the small tills are very friendly and helpful, notice that you come often and do great work.

The staff are so nice and helpful! I ordered something in the cafe for my partner, but after realising that the milk was cows milk I went to the counter to purchase another one (my partner is lactose intolerant). The gentleman apologised profusely (even though it was not his fault - he didn't know!), went to the manager and refunded our entire meal. I couldn't believe it! Great customer service.

Waitrose St Katharine Docks has had a makeover and now features a larger wine section, self-service tills and a juice bar. The cafe has been updated and sits next to a larger bakery which now serves sourdough and other artisan breads. Apart from that, it is pretty much the same store as before, just brighter and more up-to-datet (well as much as a supermarket can be). Very friendly staff but managers/supervisors can be a little slow in attending to matters such as problems with the self-service tills or buying alcohol at a till manned by an underage staff member.

It is a Waitrose, so the quality is good, but the stock control is lousy. Frequently find empty shelves and basic items out of stock for no obvious reason other than incompetence, not just individual products but whole stock - e.g. all types of honey, all types of coffee bean etc can be out of stock at once. This week is bad for curry fans, no chutneys of any kind, no chillies, fresh or dried apart from scotch bonnet which is no use to anyone. Loads of 2 to 3 pin plug adaptors though.

Why on earth u don't change ur working hours? Its saying you open at 7.30 when in reality you open at 8.30. 7.30 its only for old people... make the bloody note somewhere. And will be better if you prioritise old people for delivery's rather than making them go outside.
