I regularly frequent this store at lunch time. Very spacious and great selection for a convenience store. Staff are friendly. Can often pick up yellow label bargains. Perfect as I can collect my John Lewis orders too.

I just love shopping at Waitrose. Much better experience than the other supermarkets out there. I thoroughly loved the experience and will be returning always. Food and products are reasonably priced with helpful staff at hand to assist with all queries. Highly recommended his particular Waitrose and always a pleasure shopping here. Excellent staff, as throughout the lockdown. Still very concerned about the amount of plastic packaging. Why do fruit and vegetables that will probably be washed, peeled, cooked etc, such as potatoes, be packed at all?

Lovely new store, feels airy and is always well stocked. An improved selection over that of Waitrose Victoria Street. A heavy focus on self checkouts, but they are hassle free and easy to use. No constant "unexpected item" messages as with most other self checkouts.

My favourite place to shop. This branch has great selection of food and offer a sitting area where you can chill before or after shopping with a free coffee (available to Waitrose members). The supermarket also has a sandwich and sushi bar.

Lovely and extremely friendly staff, especially Anthea, who serves me almost every morning, for her level of professionalism and courteous customer service; Anthea always makes the effort to greet you with a smile and a little small talk when there isn't a long queue of people waiting to br served. My first visit here as it's just opened. Some nice touches - Sushi bar serving sushi that's been freshly made on-site A pleasant eating area, nice and convenient if you're in a hurry. Good selection of ambient and chilled products. Helpful staff.

Some of the staffs are very friendly,there's one time I forgot the time it's 21:57already, I was paying at self check out, need staff to identify my age,I said sorry that I was too late tonight, she is quite nice that saying it's ok, because normally staff won't be happy that there's still customer at closing time.and the guy opened the door for me saying have a good evening, at that time is around 22:03. (Because the food is quite expensive,I know the quality is good,but I don't have much budget,so that's why 4 stars ) Anyway, it's a nice shop to hanging around.👍

A great and decent sized Waitrose that's worth making the effort to visit. They have a small coffee area near the front of the shop with the fresh bakery section. Next to there is an in house Asian and sushi place thats good for a quick bite to eat at lunch. They have free wifi as standard and coffee too. The staff are very friendly and they have a decent bakery section filled with fresh breads from Gail's Artisan Bakery. There are self service tills and checkout.

This is a good store which is well managed and stocked for its size. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. As a resident in the area, I was quite disappointed when initial plans for a larger store with a butcher and bakery were not realised and that the massive space next door was filled with yet another Pret. I think there are at least 6 within a half mile of this one. With all the people living around Victoria, we need a proper grocery store in the area. This is not likely the fault of Waitrose but rather Land Securities who have managed the development of the area.

Lovely new store, big but surprised they didnt stock the items on special offer? Made a special visit to use my voucher but didn't get what I want. As normal with Waitrose good customer service.

Sushi counter is useless, so is ready food. Would be better to have fresh meat/fish counters like in belgravia. Fruit and veg quality arguably losing out to m&s nearby. In terms of positives, everything else is great! )

Hi i visited this brunch so many times & the final Reductions always missed, and we can see that & always depends which staff on duty , like yesterday 14/09/2020 they don't do the final Reductions for so many products especially the fruits & fish .& the sushi too ..& some of the staff always un happy to help especially Chinese old lady & the young one ..thank you .
