Great branch of Waitrose. Most staff are generally super friendly and motivated. Often if I ask where an item is, they will stop what they are doing and take me to the isle. They work together as a team well and appear to have good communication to sort things out. Had experience of dealing with Alex who might be one of the managers and he is professional, friendly and competent. Great store and strong team!

Very convenient Waitrose supermarket, with a large private car park and West Ealing Station backing on to it. Helpful, friendly, polite, knowledgeable fish, meat and deli counter, checkout and store staff. Good selection of wine and spirts. Excellent fresh produce.

The food selection was great, especially during Christmas Eve where I expected empty shelves. The vegan products were disappointing as I couldn't find that many options. But the options that were available, tasted great.

High quality food and service, little bit expensive. wide range of variety of food categories. Very friendly and helpful team. Products by Waitrose are high quality And trustable . It is One of my favorites and it is my main source of grocery, vegetables and fruits.

One level shopping with homeware and some fresh cut flowers. There is a fresh meat section. There is customer car parking and some outside tables. Isles are wide for wheelchair users. Lots of real person checkouts but the selfservice till area seems small and it incorporates a touch and go system. Has a fine wine section and a better Port choice then the local competitors.

Half way through my shopping my bar code reader stopped working. A female and male staff tried to help me but could not. Therefore I had to go to the normal till and lost quite a bit of time…. But I was treated in the most respectable and kind hearted way. I felt so touched that I intended to buy chocolate as acknowledgment for their effort. But before I even could do that, they presented me with a nice bottle - Somehow it made my day !! Hope the bar code reader will stop working again next time I go shopping 😜 Thank you so so much !

Huge and comfortable parking. You can charge Your electric car here, while You will make shopping. If You need to buy the present for someone, it is a perfect place. Flowers, plants for the garden, a bottle of wine. It is a real superstore, with everything You can image to buy. Very tasty bakery and Your perfect cup of “Waitrose tea or coffee”.

One of the largest supermarket of this chain so excellent variety of different goods. Free newspapers if buy over £10. They used to do free self serve tea/coffee but not available since Covid out break. Plenty of parking on the day. Good shopping experience 😂.

The staff in the ealing store are wonderful. On the 27th April I asked a young man who was stocking the fruit if there was any extra large oranges..There weren't any but he said he would go and check in the warehouse, when he came back he apologised and gave me a bag of large oranges complementary. I couldn't believe it I was stunned and very impressed with customer service.

Are the best supermarket around. Thank you. Everyone is polite, helpful and civil a complete stress free experience. You would have no idea there is a pandemic going on. The queues move steadily, most of the shelves are full, you can pay by cash or card. The shop is not crowded, everything is relaxed, very proffesinal. JUST GREAT! Keep up the good work guys in these difficult times you are definitely the best.

After failing to get a turkey from tesco, and my local farms, i called this store up and lo and behold they said they had turkey items in stock. I got there around 14:00 and they had about 5 huge turkeys that were too big for my oven but they had 1 medium turkey which i picked up. at the checkout I explained that I went everywhere looking for a turkey and how lucky i am, but that I normally buy a turkey crown, the nice lady behind me then told me there are turkeys on the end isle, I hurried back and there was a good selection of turkey crowns,. I took a turkey crown, and a lady there asked to have the medium turkey I had, so I gave it to her and she was very happy. What a day! I give this 4 stars - because the staff didnt lie about having turkeys which was good customer service. The locals who shop there seemed to be nice. But not everyone was following the 2 meter rule which isnt the stores fault, and a few trolleys came very close to crashing into me.

What can't you buy in here..i had a completely happy experience in this store. From the moment you enter it just feels different from many other supermarkets. Great products. I always have this need for great cheese and they have all good ones. Some of them at very reasonable prices. Pick a bottle of Italian wine. A wine doesn't have to cost 50£ a bottle there are best wines ever for 10€ and in Italy cheaper even than that. Waitrose is very good.

I love our local Watrose. Clean, well stocked, spacious , free parking , attentive staff and lovely free coffee if you do not forget to bring your own cup. It's by far my favourite supermarket and I shop there weekly. Great bonus is the John Lewis collection facilities. Shop online and collect at Waitrose.

This Waitrose super store is very convenient and I haven't seen any other Waitrose super store like West Ealing in West and south west of London. It has all you need with a large free parking lot. It's fruit and vegetables, bakery and protein sections provide a wide range of products with good quality. Also you can find all ingredients for your cooking here alongside of kitchen dishes, tools and small appliances. It's beverages and snacks sections provide almost all top brand and most favourite stuff. Also you can pick up your online orders from John Lewis and Waitrose at customer service desk too. After all you can enjoy yourself with a coffee or tea and pastries in its nice and comfortable café.

This waitrose is very local to where I live so I visit very often. The staff are extremely helpful and they take their time to help. Lots of parking so it's very convenient. A very handy tip, if you go near the closing time they reduce some of their foods that are about top expire so it's great for picking up bargains!!

This place is nicely laid out. It looks clean and well-organised. The food produce, for example from their bakery, is of an excellent and high quality standard. The have a nice selection of own brand produce. Another advantage is that if you purchase anything online then you can have it delivered free in-store at this Waitrose. My favourite supermarket. I feel there is a perception that waitrose is more expensive. Yes I agree for some items but then the quality is excellent so paying for quality is definately worth it. Regular items are similar prices compared against other supermarkets. For me I really like waitrose for their quality of food and great tasting food. Like all supermarkets just need to be aware not to get sucked into promotional items and don't go when hungry!

Very well organized large collection of groceries. They have a wide variety of ready to cook foods and a lot of meat / fish options. Near to west Ealing station and easily accessible. Good quality food / groceries. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables are also available here.

Good Waitrose and plenty of parking. Recently roadworks around area have been a pain. If tower block goes ahead could be a 2 year nightmare. Bus stops on main road require a short walk to store. Excellent supermarket. Great variety of products, international foods, kosher and halal and organic options too. Large selection of beers and alcohol. Fresh meat and fish options. Amazing bakery. Truly a 10/10 place. Friendly staff, clean and upscale supermarket. They also ran great charities, where part of your money out of the bill gets donated to a charity of your choosing. Usually to help local communities, which is absolutely wonderful!

Poorly managed. Produce often not in stock, fresh produce is rarely fresh and goes mouldy very quickly, self checkout tills are always broken, products and offers often mislabeled and incorrectly priced only to be discovered by checking your receipt afterwards.

I generally use this store & before Christmas went with my mother of 92 on her mobility scooter. Whilst drinking her complimentary coffee ( lid not secure) it went everywhere. The checkout manager Zak was so kind & helpful. This week he inquired after her, on being told she was in hospital he went & got a beautiful bouquet of roses for her. Sadly flowers cannot be taken into hospital, I'm keeping them cool & in the meantime taken photos. This extra touch meant so very much with whats been a particular difficult time.

Compared to many London supermarkets, Waitrose is usually a plus. However, compared to other Waitrose stores, this one lacks some of the class that the brand is built upon. Stock is regularly missing from displays and several staff members would benefit from customer service training.

Although my shopping was not quite ready when I arrived to collect I was reassured by a very professional manager who quickly rectified the problem. A decent size Waitrose is par for the course in a leafy suburb like Ealing. There's a surprising absence of a decent size Sainsbury's this close to the centre of Ealing so this is my main supermarket for a weekly shop. The produce is good quality and the prices are OK value for money. The staff are what makes Waitrose special - they're almost always smiley and friendly. This Waitrose is no exception. The wine selection is very good, and this supermarket also has an in-store bakery so the fresh bread is good.

Waitrose has great parking, easy to navigate around, and very spacious and not too busy. The staff are out of this world, they are all amazing, if I could list all there names I’d be here all day. The only issue I would say is that, they need to open more tills, especially when there are elderly people waiting to pay, sometimes there are only two tills open, other than that all round great service! :)

(Translated) The parking lot is large so you can't stop. Delicious and good things are available. It's too wide and I prefer to be a little narrower, but ... This is compatible with hand scanners and apps, so members can scan themselves, put them in their own shopping bags, and pay at the free counter dedicated to the scanner. Anyone can become a member, so registration is recommended. Shopping will be comfortable because it will not be lined up. In addition, there is a recycling box for clothes and shoes, which is convenient for discarding.
