Great shop with so many brands. The choice of wine is huge and fresh fruits and veg as well.I managed to find fresh wild salmon (not farmed) and it was a real delight especially when i was kindly served by a professional girl named Monica. I will definitely come back.

I might didn't visited many branches of Waitrose but I absolutely love this one! There is huge verity of food on here, from meat lovers to vegan. Everything here so fresh and so welcoming from the bakery, the butcher to great sushi in the front. Yes it might not be so cheap but you pay for what you get.

The store was filled with some wierd smell. There is fresh food options available. Over all it was a good experience. Most of the items were available. It has step free access for disables available. Its always nice to visit waitrose. I would highly recommend to shop there and try fresh sushi available at the entrance of the store.

As a visitor who comes to stay in England from time to time on business (and to spend time with my grandchildren who live here), I was totally lost as to what to do and what foods are good. Wouldn't you know, there was a Waitrose right round the corner. They were a lifesaver. Their food of course is a bit different that American food, but to my delight, the prices are great, and I got to sample some really great stuff! Wines, beers... amazing selection. Cheeses, pastries, etc! They had everything we needed. For Americans who think English food is too bland or weird, well... you're wrong! And Waitrose is THE place to go, just bring a native, (like my grand-daughter), to act as tour guide, lol. The prices were much better than I was expecting as well. As an engineer, I'm pretty sure, the UK might just decide to keep me.... which is just fine by me.

Great addition to the Westfield complex - easy to pick up last minute groceries after a long day's shopping, so no need to travel to a different supermarket. Staff tend to have a 'speak when spoken to' vibe, but are pleasant and happy to help when asked. Also love that they have a Sushi Daily counter and some tables and chairs to allow for a quick lunch away from the bustling shoppers.

Came as a pit stop before going to a sushi restaurant but ended up trying some free sushi which made me instantly fall in love with the freshness and taste of Waitrose sushi. We ended up buying a couple selections of Waitrose sushi and sat in the seating area just loving life. Never did go to that sushi restaurant afterwards but my cravings were halted. I did wake up the next morning with a new CRAVING to go Waitrose again. GODAAAM YOU MADE SOME GOOD SUSHI.

Great produce, friendly staff, you have to look for the deals. Waitrose don't price-match but they're organic range is growing. I did find the new '1' range a bit limiting.

This Waitrose is in the middle of the action on the approach to Westfield from the Underground and Overground stations. A great place to duck into on your way home. The store is very welcoming and well presented. It's a quality supermarket through and through. As with any Waitrose the prices are on the high side but the location and super friendly and attentive staff make up for it. TIP: get yourself a Waitrose loyalty card and score one free coffee per day at the café!

This has been my go to grocery store during the pandemic. Depending on the time of day to go, there is little to no queue. The selection of items seen to be well stocked and most of the staff can be friendly. Still, my favorite Waitrose so far is the one in Fulham mostly because of the selection of items and the aisle layout.

What a pleasure it is to be able to pick up a few things on the way out of Westfield at this Waitrose. They have a wonderful selection of baked goods and the first inclined escalator that I have ever seen! If you need a quick break they have a small cafe area as well. The normal selection of Waitrose items is available although this is not a large Waitrose. Personally, I prefer their merchandise to the almost purely price driven stuff you find in some supermarket chains.

It differs from its peculiar slightly triangular shaped site underneath House of Fraser. As a result you can't get hot cuisine to eat in or take away as you do in Western branches like Marylebone and Bloomsbury. It does however have a fresh sushi stand, and a coffee/ cake counter to break up the shopping experience. Staff are particularly helpful at both the information desk, cash outs and across the store floor. You'll find some catering/ cookware and gift ware products in common with John Lewis whom it's partnered with. It's well worth down loading the combined app to get the privileges from both which include free hot beverages if you bring your own cup. Fresh produce is quite good with a wide selection of fruit, vegetables, cheeses and dairy choices. If you are vegan or allergy prone, gluten free, nut free and alternatives are easy to find. It has generous opening hours too mirroring those of all the Westfield outlets. It's open a full hour later than M&S. Reductions of bakery goods happens throughout the day ad hoc but more so towards the end of business. If you love Gails bread and it's not in your usual budget try then. Waitrose own brand biscuits, jams, pastas, canned beans, all great value and quality consistent.

This isn't the largest of Waitrose stores but provides a comprehensive range of food, drink, domestic and household goods. The store is staffed by an enthusiastic, friendly team led by an outstanding team of managers (Partners). The store is busy and at certain times of the day operates at around maximum capacity, especially on Sundays between 5-6pm when it is well worth trying to arrive 30 minutes earlier. Despite investment in a new Wi-Fi system and a major overhaul of the central refrigeration equipment both remain problematic with Wi-Fi dropping completely and failing to reconnect as you navigate the store, sometimes unsuccessfully managed condensation issues and some fridges, specifically the wine coolers running close to room temperature. These are relatively minor issues for most but having shopped there regularly and several times a week for five years, it is disappointing to see that such basic infrastructure issues still go unresolved. The store is located in the Westfield shopping mall which has serious problems with mobile phone signal capacity, the construction of the building appearing to operate as a Faraday cage and despite the major investment in constructing the recent extension, Westfield has failed to install sufficient mobile phone signal equipment particularly for customers of the Vodafone network. In much of the centre, including Waitrose, it is impractical to impossible for these mobile phone users to make a phone call. Given that the rent in the centre is premium rated, it is surprising that tenants such as John Lewis, Waitrose and M&S do not put more pressure on Westfield to resolve these problems.

This is one of my favorite Waitrose stores. It is conveniently located in the Westfield Mall which is across the street from the Shepherds Bush train station and there are many buses that pick up from here as well. They have a larger selection of products than the small local Waitrose stores I’ve been to in London and seem to cater to a wider variety of people (e.g., American products, imported Italian goods, Kosher food). They have a lot of self checkouts as well as regular cashiers so no long lines. Their floral selection is very good and the flowers look fresh. Certainly big enough for your weekly grocery shopping. Clean and bright store.
