D. S.Excellent shop, better than Waitrose (by a long way) except with Tesco prices.
There are some ridiculous products (£40 half bottle of "special" gin!l) but easily avoided. Also few and far between.
Their vegan range is awesome, also.
E. H.A very well thought out shop. Lovely Café, large food shop with ample amounts of clothes and shoes. Definitely one of my most regular places I visit. Highly recommend.

K. H.Store is well laid out, modern, clean and spacious however the range of items available from clothes to food is very limited. Parking is fine although no designated pedestrian area for walking safely to and from your car.
S. H.Generally dissatisfied with the service in the restaurant. There were not enough staff on duty, there were trays of used plates strewn around the tables which isn't what you expect from M&S.

K. A.This is the best Marks and Spencer I have ever been to! The food hall is amazing, lots of products that I have never seen before. There are little trolleys for children, self service tills, shop and scan tills and normal tills. There is a large car park and upstairs there is a cafe and toilets. The home section is a bit small but apart from that it's perfect! The staff were all lovely and smiley as well.

No walkway back to car, have to dodge the cars, and the entrance has fast traffic coming in while you have to pull across them to get out in the car and also dodge pedestrians. M&S please have the entrance at the other end and put in a walkway through the carpark
g. b.I was looking for a beauty product & a very friendly staff member, Sharon, saw me looking around upstairs, asked if I needed any help & when I told her what I wanted she stopped what she was doing, kindly took me downstairs, helped me with my beauty purchase & self-service payment till. G. J.Very good store. Went here yesterday for the first time. Modern, clean and spacious allowing for social distancing.
Free car parking as well with no charges.
However, the food section is the busiest part of the store and is far too cramped.
May be reduce the womenswear section by half and increase the food section. Clothing on ground floor not that busy and does not appeal to either myself or my mother.
There are two floors here but didn't visit the home section. Fab store.
PS for M and S management. Closing one of the two high street stores was a good idea as this store is much better.
I would suggest though may be running a community bus to those that would like to visit the store but cannot as no car.
It needs to be accessible to all people really as the closure of one of the two Maidstone town centre stores means people relying on foot or public transport can't access this store !
The way forward for full line M and S stores.
But feedback make the food sections much bigger.
P. G.This is a lovely store and my husband and I often go there at 8am on Saturday mornings for a small breakfast. This afternoon (Monday) we decided to visit for a Birthday tea using our voucher. Sadly at 2.45 pm they had run out of scones and cream. Couldn't they have restocked from the shop ??? So, no birthday tea, really disappointed.

J. G.This is a lovely new airy store with good amount of parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming asking what we thought of the store. Social distancing was good, we only had to queue for the cafe. This is one of the best M&S stores locally and one that I will visit again because it's local and has good amount of parking.
j. b.Shop is very good but the car park is an accident waiting to happen. No pedestrian way to get safely to the store. Crossing the road from the main car park has no crossing marked, cars come round the roundabout at speed to slam on brakes to let shoppers cross! Very bad planning!
R. D.Visited on a Tuesday afternoon, at 2.30ish. Large car park for this large store. Yes there are the usual M&S clothing departments and a Food Store and cafe. However there were no household items which was a surprise. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Hope the store is successful as it is in a good position. (One gripe though...bought a pack of Aberdeen Angus burgers...had them tonight...too many grissly bits!!!!...will not buy them again, from any store.) UPDATE: We needed to pass this store this afternoon 9/9/20...and I mentioned to one of the staff about my disappointment with the Angus Burgers. She said how sorry to know I had that experience and allowed me to take another pack of burgers (not Angus!!). EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
A. A.Medium size foodhall with usual M&S goodies. Two floors of clothing etc adjacent. Free parking and plenty of it. Just out of Maidstone so avoiding usual and expanding traffic chaos. Nice store with pleasant staff.

A. B.A great new store built near the M20 junction 7. The store itself is split over two floors (lift available at the back of the store) with womenswear and food in the ground floor and menswear, children and the cafe upstairs.
The store is quite spacious with plenty of room to move around. Ample free parking too.
C. H.This M&S is simply the best. Especially 1 of the Store Managers, Warren. He came to my aid just before Christmas when I was finding it difficult to choose a gift for my husband. Although he was busy restocking, Warren did multi task and spent time helping me. Which I am very happy for as my husband is delighted with the choice of gift.

J. L.A truly modern Marks & Spencer's, easily reached from the M20 J7, it feels like a real treat as you walk inside. Plenty of space to browse the stylish aisles. The cafeteria is lush, a relaxed space to sit and chat. The food market provides a wide choice and the fresh veg area was very impressive. I'm looking forward to my next visit, a bonus is the large Next store within walking distance on Eclipse Park.
F. W.So much easier using this one than the town, all staff are always excellent and so much more in stock. Great new place with everything needed.
S. B.We shopped close to closing time so it was quiet. Staff were helpful and we didn't feel rushed into leaving. Having said that we were the last and only customers and the doors were closed as we left!

A. A.I really enjoyed coming here had a cappuccino and lunch and my son had a free lunch as it was for half term! I also met with 1 of my friends there with her kids, 1 thing I'd say I couldn't hear my friend very well as it was noisy and echoed around!
C. D.The new store with its massive car park is a welcome addition to the shopping facilities in Maidstone. The food hall has an extensive range of produce and prepared meals etc. There is a sense of space in the main part of the store. However, only three stars are awarded as the clothing in the men's department is so drab and unattractive. This has been the situation for years now with M&S. Does the company really wish to survive? I wonder. Complaints and adverse criticism are like water off a duck's back.

M. C.Great shop and the staff are really friendly. It has good parking, the cafe is upstairs and is reasonably large, there is a bakery, a gluten free section and the usual M&S fare, it doesn't have a rotisserie though. The men, women and children's sections are laid out well.
