M. M.Staff are improving, some of them actually take the time to engage in conversation now but others are still waiting for a visit from the customer service fairy.
My visit today wasn’t ruined by the staff, or the exorbitant prices, it was spoiled by a pair of blokes in cheap suits begging for Great Ormand Street Hospital, that’s not even local. Shame to be honest because the staff are generally on the up. Management need to do more.
S. H.Just a big convenience store really. Fine for the essentials. If you're using it to collect Amazon parcels, be prepared for it to take a while, as they don't really seem to know what they are doing in that area.
