I was humiliated today at the store my bill was £48. Although i was told by an employee that i was not able to purchase 4 tins of peas and must put one back apparently you may only buy three, who knew. At 73 years old i try to shop for a week have i now to go evey three days it a ridiculous policy

Good choice of products in store fruit and vegetables sells out so nothing much left in the evening. Never enough tills at the weekends. Be careful where you park as car park on a slope and trolleys left all over. McDonald's on the side of the car park is a plus, Starbucks now in the car park as well- serves good coffee but so slow. There's a post box in the entrance and 3 cash machine justoutside. Has a passport photo booth, currency exchange and a coinstar machine. Timpsons just outside the store.

A smaller store, never really any queues, very friendly and welcoming staff. Only downfall is I went in to cash in a scratch card and the employee told me they turn their machine off at 1930! I knew they turned it off earlier than they close but when they close at 0000, 1930 seems ridiculously early.

Product range ✅ Customer service ❌ You’d think in an age where self-checkouts are taking their jobs, the staff might try to be more helpful to keep their jobs, but nope! Those supervising the checkouts look straight past you if you smile or say hello, or when walking past them in aisles.

Asda looked really good, jubilee flags everywhere, makes pleasant atmosphere , I enquired about an item & young man went out of his way to get it me. Very helpful staff.

First visit so it took time to locate everything we needed. Large parking area, plenty of space. Separate entrance and exit. masks necessary. Social distancing being observed. Service was good, assistants very helpful. Quite a lot of space on the shelves and some stock was not available. Not too crowded, shopping was quite pleasant.

WELL DONE ALL AT ASDA 👍 Today, Saturday 9th October 21, Asda had system problems which caused it's online grocery deliveries to have massive problems. I can only imagine how stressful and difficult it has been today for all the people who work there. I got my order late but that was no problem. You all do a fantastic job, thank you so much.

I would like to thanks Staff at Asda Radcliffe more so Tammie the first aider. I had a bad fall in Radcliffe Town Centre. I hit my face on pavement cut both hands and knees. I went into Asda to clean myself up and the staff at front of shop stopped me. Asked was I OK got me a chair and sent for Tammie to clean me up. My face was starting to swell up and a lady got me some frozen peas to put on my cheek. I'm on warfarin so I had to go to A&E to get checked out. Asda kindly paid for my taxi I really appreciate everything Asda and the staff did to help me. As you can see by my picture my face was a mess. It's got worse now

As superstores go, it's pretty good. Always seems clean and tidy. A majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. Well stocked all the time, haven't left empty handed yet. Good location for us, only 10 mins away. Also had a drive through petrol area which is super useful in the mornings. So, yes nice easy shopping.

Large clean store lots of products great staff that know exactly where each item is if you ask them polite,they go out of their way to point you in the right direction even to the exact item

Just the right size for a weekly/ monthly shop. Great variety of goods, both for food and household. The clothes are very reasonably priced and good quality for adults as well as children. Plenty parking spaces with a handy petrol station. It is a busy store and I'm hoping no staff are lost or their hours reduced. This will impact on the excellent customer service they give now.

Used to love it here but recently it has deteriorated a lot. The shelves are always only half full with empty boxes just left there and sometimes it takes them ages to restock certain produce. Most if the apples, pears etc are now prepacked whereas before we could pick our own. Only continue shopping here because I'm partly disabled and don't drive otherwise would travel further afield.

The staff at the self checkout area have attitude and when you ask for where a product is they fob you off the wrong direction.

A good large Asda with all the usual amenities, no cafe here though. Staff in the morning can be rather unhelpful, maybe it's just because they're at the end of a long night shift! Security team are very friendly too

A good ASDA supermarket in most regards, however there are frequent salesmen hanging about in the entrance area selling RAC memberships or EDF energy plans which I find extremely annoying. The store has a good hot cooked meats counter where you can get great quality chicken goujons or drumsticks etc but no free napkins on the counter. When I asked staff about this I was told "that I could buy a packet of 100 napkins".
