K. W.Items often out of stock, poor for such a big store. Empty spots on shelves filled with other brands, but price ticket not changed. I have found some prices for items on offer scan at the full price, which can mean a long wait while staff check, if it is a small difference it can be quickly resolved. On one occasion staff were adamant the item was not on offer, I had to go and get the price ticket to prove that I was correct! Poor! Some prices are just ridiculous, I no longer do my main shop at Asda.
T. F.A good place to do your groceries as they have what you need.
J. F.What is going on with the staffing of the checkouts.only 2 staff on ..lots of very upset customers and elderly and disabled having to stand in very long cues..the staff are getting alot of stick with them shrugging their shoulders. Management start managering your store.
G.Cleanish store..plenty of staff about to help,car park needs a good clean.lots of shelves were empty..
M. B.Very big Asda store. Lots of free parking and a vast amount of choice inside. It has an upstairs and a McDonald's, toilet, dry cleaning, keys cut, clothes, toys, books, TV's, you name it. Can get very busy at times, especially with the Trafford centre across the road. Tills can get get packed out, but they have tills upstairs if you are just going in for a few bits.
G. S.Okay until checkout when forced to use self service for a few items or join the question for the 2 manned tills. Constant intervention by staff to correct self service which persistently refused to register bagged items.
