L. R.I love this market place, l eat at the café there , called "H,s" Good home made meals, and Lovely and friendly staff,. Take away service to;

J. R.When this opened, Eccles residents were told that it cost £1.4m. It is unclear how it could have cost that much. The design is poor in so many ways: metal sides that can be opened but have to be kept closed when windy - making it gloomy inside; an uninsulated metal roof; narrow aisles and cold all year round. Thank goodness for the traders who persevere with it - the knowledgeable plantsman, the clothes stall, the make up stall, the clothing alterations stall, the knitting and handicrafts stall, the computing stall, the second hand stall and the excellent café.
K. G.Small but friendly. Makeup and perfume lady very knowledgeable and very good prices. Plant man wide range of healthy, well established plants and range of garden accessories, all very good prices. Sewing alteration man extreamly helpful and good work accross wide range of fabrics. Well priced. Sewing/knitting etc lady got massive range. Helpful and good prices. Food in cafe very good. Clean
K. H.Didn't even think this was still open and was pointed this way to get my watch battery changed. Was quiet shocked when I walked in . Only a handful of stalls however for under ware men's ladies and kids plus winter hats gloves ect and gorgeous bedding plants as you walk in .. to cosmetics and cigarette smoking products . A small habidashery booth that can fix zips and do alterations whilst you wait or drop off bigger alteration jobs. A computer and tech stall that also mends mobile phones and yeah... The gentleman changes watch batteries for £3 .. that a lot less than the £14 timpsons wanted. Then next door I see my ideal heaven cave lol . A wool,sewing , knitting , crochet , craft haven... I purchased a lot of iteams from here. Could have stayed there all day. My husband was getting pekkish and he ha noticed a small cafe tucked right at the back.. were so glad we did as in all the years I have been going I never ever knew there was a cafe there.it was amazing. The food was butiful. Just the basic home cooked comforts and quick bites eg. Jacket potatoes , salads , breakfasts both small and large, sausage mash peas and gravy .. I had a hot beef and onion barm with a tiny amount of gravy and my ot had a cheese and onion toastie.it was beautiful XX will defo defo be returning to this secret little hide out again and in the very near future. Highly recommended
