If you have a big freezer then Iceland is a definite for shopping. There are loads of bargains to be had on brand name stuff and it's really cheap, especially in the current cost of living crisis. All you do is buy it, turn on the oven, put it in frozen and then eat! Dunno why Gordon Ramsay makes such a big fuss over cooking as it's dead easy!!

I picked a basket full of party food, vegetables, chipolatas and mulled wine which look scrumptious! Not having a simply food-type shop locally I bagged some tasty dishes and probably saved a small fortune. Happy New Year Iceland, Levenshulme!

Compared to the other groceries in Levenshulme and Longsight this store is inexpensive. However, the range of goods is limited so you may need to pop over to another store to complete your shopping. No complaints about staff. Store layout is ok.

Iceland has definitely upped the mark. Some really good products and Branded name Discounts,definitely beat the other Supermarkets. Great Deals with the Loyalty Card. You get all sorts of frozen food here. They have cheesecakes and mudcakes for 1-2 pounds. They also offer salami, frozen meat, fresh fruits and a range of icecreams and cakes.
