Very good collection of Pakistani foods, snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables and beverages here. A free to use cash withdrawing machine is also located just besides it. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help if you can't find the item of your choice yourself.

Although it has a deceptively small storefront, it is relatively huge inside. The range of products is ok for an Asian store but it isn't excellent. They also offer non Asian products like pasta. There are other stores in the area that offer more choice. Price is reasonable. The range of fruit and veg is scarce which was a bit shocking when I first visited the store. We only use it when we need to supplement our shopping from the main stores like the local Asda.

Brilliant place to buy fruit and vegetables, there's a pretty wide range of produce offered and it's all of decent quality, there is also a massive selection of herbs and spices too and the prices are a lot cheaper than some of the other places locally.

An ethnic supermarket, which almost always has that quirky ingredient I’m looking for. There is a vast array of spices, which you can buy in bulk at bargain prices. The fruit, veg, and fresh herbs spill out on to the pavement. Sometimes it looks a little worse for wear but you can buy the portion size you need, more cheaply than at a retail giant, and it is likely to last much longer.

As it is currently the early stages of the mango season for the most prized mango cultivars, I visited Madina superstore (26/06/2012) having seen their large selection of boxed mangos outside the store. Their selection of mangos, one of the largest I've seen at an Asian superstore, come in an array of prices, box sizes and varieties, mainly those from Pakistan; Sindhri, Honey Mango and Chaunsa. I purchased 3 boxes of Honey Mangos for £8.99, they were large, sweet, perfumed and delicious. The store assistant who manned the mango selection presented me my mangos before I purchased to ensure I was happy with their appearance, this was a nice touch. I'll be back soon for more.
