H. M.Today I was served by Raymond Saunders at the Deli counter. He was such a kind and helpful gentleman - who tried his best to help me with my enquiries. He really went above and beyond in terms of client care. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves by M&S - he is fantastic.
D. K.Outstanding service not only for me but I witnessed a staff member helping an elderly lady with mobility issues with her drink, her food and even helping her with her coat and putting her money away for her. She really went above and beyond and it was lovely to see such genuine service
V. I. M.Marks and Spencer is very well known for the quality of the products and people go their regularly for clothing food and some essentials.
However VIMTO noticed more than once their security are not handling situations very well. Yesterday lunchtime the security were dealing with a lady who was very calm and patient while the security were abusive and being very close physically to her to make her ungery and probably to make her act same way they did then she could be prosecuted or some thing. But all she did was asking to see the manager and pointing to a bag she was carrying. No one knows if she is a customer or unwanted visitor but this should have been handed better. Also other customers felt uncomfortable to see scene like this and that wasn't for the first time. If she asked to see the manger why they refused that and at least it would be privately. She looked innocent than the security and much calmer.
A. R.In the final stages of a major redevelopment which will transform the look of the store. Feels different and more appropriate to the demands of shoppers in a city centre location. The Food hall should look awesome when finished and the cafe was smart and relaxing space.
A. R. A.The nicest M&S store I've been to. The foodhall is great and well stocked with a nice bakery. The menswear and homewear sections are also great and so is the cafe and the opticians. All of the staff are very friendly here.
N. S.We mostly shop at their basement food hall, which is what you expect from M&S - excellent. (The fruit section has got rather dull recently.) Also, it's the only place I know where you can buy normal men's boxers. Trousers are not bad either. Two spacious lifts - easy wheelchair access. Nice store overall.

G.probably the best marks & Spencer's within the North West.large store over multiple floors within Manchester city centre.large range of products covering there usual ranges such as clothing and homeware.the staff are friendly and helpful.its located within 10 minutes walk of multiple public transport points and car parks.my only true disappointment is the fact that it doesn't stock clothing for bigger sizes when it obviously has the capacity forcing you to order online.
