Everything you would expect from a small store and more. Picked up a couple items I couldn't get in other supermarkets. The shelves are well stocked and the staff are busy looking after the customer. The only down side is parking. Its impossible.

If you have a certain expectation for Waitrose, you would not be disappointed. Typical Waitrose efficiency, hospitality, cleanliness, logical layout, etc. Good shopping experience until the prices hit you a bit at the checkout.

Great products & considering it is a small store they have a little bit of everything. I love the food from Waitrose, much better quality than the other supermarkets. I would have given 5 stars instead of 4 but some of the staff are quite snobby. Overall though it is a great Little Waitrose.

I was particularly impressed with the range of vegan food in the store. I had previously been to the store in the centre of town which had a vegan and vegetarian section separate from the rest. Sometimes it is really difficult going round supermarkets trying to find items that may be vegan. Unfortunately many of the items contain milk or milk solids/powder. Also it was great to find vegan cheese other than Viola which many places do not sell either.

Always a pleasure to shop in Waitrose but I always spend more than I expect, it's all so tempting!

Handy for where I live. Quite expensive, and a lot of "Duchy" food which I won't buy. But quality is good; the store is modern and fairly spacious. Staff are friendly but are few and far between. The main checkouts are usually unstaffed and the two near the door very often only have one in operation, so queues build up very quickly. The self-service tills only take cards, not cash, which I find inconvenient.

Today I shopped at my local Little Waitrose. Staff went above and beyond to help even carrying my bag across to bus stop opposite. ! A very sincere thank you to kind courteous staff as I was using a stick and appreciated help.

Stocks the basics and quite a lot more with particularly good fresh produce. As you might expect from Waitrose the staff are great and the shop is clean and tidy. Feels a little on the expensive side but fine for a small shop.

The staff consistently shined in interactions. Have gone out of their way to help me out a couple of times. It has rye bread. Very wide range of products and although "more expensive" for some things, the value is extremely high and the quality of a few products that are own brand genuinely stand out against other supermarkets and even competing "full time" brands. How can it be 4 stars. It’s a 5 star supermarket in every respect. Quality, products, prices. The customer service can be a bit over bearing however. Very knowledgeable fish and butchers counter. Fresh bakery.

Good local shop for groceries, but limited household and health care products

Had everything we needed in a convenient location. The shop itself was very clean and bright. There were even some good special offers on that we took advantage of. We didn't have to queue and got through the self service very quickly despite buying alcohol which can cause delays usually.

I love everything about Waitrose!! Shopping organic has never been easier. I was wondering if there is any chance we can get a dairy free option on the coffee machine? It’s a shame that not everyone can use it if you are on a dairy free diet?

Friendly Waitrose with helpful staff . The staff atthe meat and fish counter are always keen to serve and if I can’t find an ingredient it’s always found for me . Space outside to sit and have a coffee too. Much better than the Waitrose in the centre !!

Just OK for me. Love the meat from here and Asian section but not much else to praise. Sometimes there is a truck blocking the front entrance. Obviously the driver isn't happy with his job as you can hear him whacking and throwing things about inside the trailer. Quite startling when walking parallel with it.

Great quality food, you can really tell the difference between here and another stores. That also goes for the customer service, it's outstanding.

Little waitrose is well equipped with a variety of groceries. Obviously it is the more expensive supermarket but you can get bargains if you're a shrewd shopper. Food is good quality. I have a My waitrose card and often recieve vouchers. You can also get a free hot drink and they have a couple of tables out the front to sit and watch the world go by. Parking is atrocious, so if you buy a lot borrow the trolley to take to your car. Sunday parking is free!
