Shop is a bit congested but they have tried their best to give a wide variety of products in the limited space they have. You name it they have it. Pickles, chutneys, papads, spices, filter coffee, idli dosa batter, grated coconut and the list goes on &on.

The owner and the lads who work there are friendly. Though I've found that if you are not Indian, the staff try to up-sell you extra stuff (and they're very good at it) so you may leave with more than you expected to buy!

On my first visit the staff member was more helpful than I could have hoped to expect and guided my purchasing to such good effect that my dinner guests that evening; old pals visiting from Brighton, Hastings, London and Bradford, declared my meal the best I had ever prepared for them. On my return visit, some 6 weeks later, the store manager recognised me, asked me how my dinner had gone and suggested more purchases. This shop is the best.
