L. T.Went here to get plates for fine dining - fine dining went wrong for a moment as a joke was misinterrupted and someone wasn't letting that someone explain themself - went here a lot on my own when I first got to the Oxford House kinda mad yano yh yh
I. O.Security guard pulls weird/ judgmental faces at me which is quite uncomfortable if I have to pass him every time I go into the store. My friends have had the same experience. But other than that, it's a standard Tesco to be honest, queues to the stalls can get a bit messy though.
m.best tesco in terms of range in the city centre
A. B.I have my most of shopping there. Lovely staff, but I don't understand why I feel the security are a bit funny with me for no reason.
B. C.It's Ok. Size wise it is not one of the biggest in Newcastle. Availability of stuffs are very less comared to many other Tescos.
L.The biggest branch in the centre of town. There's a good selection of products, including groceries and some hot snacks (sausages, chicken wings, chips, etc). There's a cashpoint outside too. It's almost always really busy though, with a queue even for the self service tills.
J. S.Has what you need for a small visit and for regular groceries, not recommended for large shopping.
Has a range of fresh produce, small rage of tinned foods, fresh bakery products, small frozen area, plenty spirits and beers on sale. Living local it's a big help.

W.Store itself is pretty okay... today I popped in for some little bits and decided to go self service some reason the weight was off on an item and i went to a red ' staff will help you' thing on screen. Only to see the staff member walking around on her phone not even bothering to look up it took her two times too walk round the self serve area to even notice me, then once she finally notices taps my screen whilst saying i have just dropped my phone down the toilet im panicking. I was shocked at how careless she was and how she seemed more concernd to be on her phone than do her actual job.
T. F.Good store just round the corner from the Monument Metro Station. Much bigger local Tesco than normal and good range of stock to choose from. Good set of self service cashout terminals and pleasant shopping experience. for me very convenient being so close to Metro Stop as I have Metro Travel Pass
R. W.Nov 5th I mislaid a packet while shopping in the ITSU centre store and didn't realise until later. I returned to see if it had been found and handed in. Security, customer service, a guy in charge at the tills, the lady collecting baskets and a lady cashier, all made a concerted effort and the package was found. The till lady had spotted it on a seat behind the tills. What can say? An example of excellent customer service.
S. M.My favourite grocery shop in city centre, provides good selection of produce, friendly staff and fast self-service check-outs make it a great place to buy food on the go.

B.Tries its best to be a Tesco but fails miserably, never has everything you need even for basic food prep, whatever dinner plans you had end up compromised and instead of cooking what you had planned you cook whatever you can with what you can get your hands on if shopping here, personally I try my best to avoid it

t. 3.Quite a crowded store, as they try to stuff as much as possible into a limited space. There are occasional bargains to be had on Sunday afternoons.
