L. R.The store was well stocked and sign posted . It is big store and was long walk getting to all the items we wanted.
Staff were friendly and we even found a reasonable sewing kit area in the store.
The petrol station accepted cash and was pleasant to use.
C. M.I was in the store last week and at the check out. I believe the checkout lady was called Isabel, she mentioned to a customer who was about to off load her shopping that she was closed as she had finished her shift. The customer was annoyed and proceeded to give her a hard time as apparently no other tills were open.
This is when I was impressed as Isabel, said to the customer no worries just unpack your goods and I will put them through. For me this was a good example of outstanding customer service as well as demonstrating an employee going the extra mile.
On my way out I looked for someone to talk to and sadly did not find anyone, which is why I have written this recognition as praise is needed in this situation.
So a special word of thanks to Isabel, thank you for demonstrating exceptional customer service and I am confident the lady you served in your free time also appreciated you helpfulness.
M. S.This is my local and I can't fault the store, or the staff. Always very friendly and helpful. My only problem is the loss of 24 hour opening since COVID landed. Hoping 24 hour shopping will return soon, but still worth 5 stars regardless.
M. M.Tesco is a great place for most of your shopping needs and some of the workers there are friendly and helpful . The only few problems that I have encountered are the customers and the employees who pick the shopping for online orders have Tunnel Vision and they think that they are the Only ones in the supermarket and they don't see anyone who uses a Mobility Scooter and I have to use one and it's Very Frustrating when people don't pay attention to anyone around them .
L.Really good outlet with lots of space for shopping - even when it's busy it doesn't feel too hectic or claustrophobic.
Online shopping orders are executed efficiently and any minor problems are resolved promptly.
They have a great little Holland and Barrett with really helpful staff inside.
The home-ware department stocks quality (on trend) items at competitive prices. I picked up a beautiful little soap dish and decanter a lot cheeper than anything I could find of a similar value online (and much prettier - in my own opinion). I think it came to about £10 all together which is extremely reasonable - they look outstanding against a green backdrop.
I definitely recommend to family and friends.

A. L. F.Tesco innit... Good range of stuff at good prices. However it can get quite busy and very stressful especially with the majority of people not social distancing. It is so much better to go late in the evening to avoid the crowds and shop in peace and safety.
J.I like this branch of Tesco as it's only a 10 minute walk up the road from me, it has everything under one roof and the Aldi price match is great. However I only give it 3 stars due to their customer service, or lack of it! Some of the staff are lovely, polite and friendly but I have to say that most of the staff have a tendency to be quite rude. A lot of them don't wear face masks or visors and I have to say that generally I think this branch has handled the pandemic quite poorly, they have a traffic light system but on a weekend that tends to go out the window and they just let anyone in, as a result this means the shop becomes dangerously overcrowded and you end up ducking and diving to try and stay out of everyone's way! Last May during the first lockdown, I had two members of staff telling me off all because I walked up an aisle the wrong way! I understand I was in the wrong but is there any need to try and belittle and humiliate your customers infront of everyone? The worst part about it was the fact that I suffer with extreme anxiety, I hate confrontation and when I tried to defend myself and explain my actions, other customers started joining in and defending the workers who had been shouting at me! Thankfully that was a year ago and I haven't had any issues since, but the manager who shouted at me (tall stocky built guy in striped shirt with a quiff and glasses) always looks sheepish and tries to avoid me whenever I'm shopping. Shame on you for hiring bullies as managers!

J.It's not too bad, a fairly large range of everything however, they could do better. Grumpy and unfriendly staff are a regular feature I come across; this is both on the tills and on the shop floor. I'm sure there are plenty of good staff, but it only takes a few bad apples to spoil people's opinion of the place. I don't think I've ever seen any samples out on the deli either, just empty plates so I don't know what they are doing there?! Having a Holland and barrett in the middle of the store is one of the things that make it a good store...some items are actually stocked by tesco a couple of isles down so it's not too much trouble to price match between the two to make sure you get the right price! So overall a good place to shop but an overhaul of management or HR could improve the place.

M. S.The staff do not come across as being Very friendly the lady on our checkout could not even be bothered to pass our items far enough for me to reach past her plastic screen, I will not be rushing back.
W. M.Hats off to the staff at Kingston park. Everything done with military precision and all with a smile and kind word. I needed to pick up a script and decided to do my shop at the same time. I spent all morning trying to decide the best time to go but realised there wasn’t a “best time”. I joined the queue at 1.25pm and was in store within 10 minutes. Staff we strategically placed so you could get advice or help at most times. I was in, shopping done, script collected and back at my care at 2.25pm. Well done to all.
G. F.I have never used the Tesco cafe but it is fairly busy. Offering hot food and sandwiches, cake and desserts giving a full range for the customer to choose from. Yes coffee and I'm sure they do others meaning latte, but as I only drink hot or cold water I wouldn't want to misguide anyone. It is clean and ample seating for all. Often early morning some shoppers buy a paper then go up for a hot drink. Shopping trolley can be left down stairs for the customer as they take far too much room up if taken up to the cafe.

The nappies are great for the little ones and the Tesco value nappy sacks fantastic value for money. It's great that you can browse DVDs to buy as well as clothing and shoes for everyone in the family

C.I would just like to say what a wonderful lady Lee from the clothing department was, my sister was looking for clothes for her daughter's engagement, and was getting a little flustered, Lee went out of her way to be helpful and friendly, she was like our own personnel shopping adviser. Not only selecting clothes for her but offering her advise to us.
She is an asset to your company as her customer service skills were brilliant.
C. B.Large Tesco Extra store with a great selection of convenience food, fresh food and frozen. Great choice on the bakery and deli counters. Store also has a large selection of home and electrical items, clothing, pharmacy and cafe. Cash points are available just outside the store and there is ample parking at all times of the day.
L. H.Tesco Extra has recently been refurbished and now looks amazing! It is by far my favourite supermarket as prices are good and you receive fantastic bonus' as a club card holder. If certain items would have been cheaper elsewhere you are given a money off voucher for your next shop. I love this store and definitely recommend it.
D. P.Brilliant range off Gluten free much better than our local one. In fact everything about this store was much better than my local store. Clothing range was huge, even had a Holland and Barrett in the middle of it.

D. C.Love shopping here. Used to shop at Asda but not any more. There is a total difference in the quality of the fresh produce and the bakery is exceptional. Staff are extremely helpful and always willing to assist :-)
c. d.For the cafe, service is usually good but not always Orlingbury in retail u notice things so sometimes I might be picky but for example sometimes after giving your food they will ask if you want any sauce and sometimes they will just walk away like today then ask a customer next to me if they want some but not me so shouldn't it be the same service to everyone not who they choose, and usually the timing is fine but today waited half hour for 1 cooked breakfast so not always great but not had one bad plate yet so food side is good just don't expect the same service next time

J. G.A five star supermarket, the best Tesco I have been into, and blows the new one in Sunderland out of the water. This place is massive and has ample parking, it's connected to its own Metro station, Kingston Park, obviously. Inside it has a few rental store places for a phone shop and a cafe, it also has a few conference rooms upstairs that you can hire. Overall, this Tesco will undoubtedly have what you want in stock.
c. t.had a brilliant panini and flat bread sandwiches at the café !! but the only downside is by the time sandwiches came the were cold ,we could have drank them wen hot but then would have no drinks with meal !! the lady taking orders was polite and friendly

S. H.I have to do my shopping order online bcos i cant get out to do it and my husband works long hours. The website the past few months has been rubbish cancelling my delivery slots when i am ammending an order and still have days to change then end up having to do another order i end up with 3 or 4 orders on the go and end up coming off. When i go back on later my original slot is still there omg but i cant join the orders together so when i finaly get an order delivered i either get two three or four of things or none of others because i think i have ordered them on one order or an other but not the right one then doubled up on others i am about to throw the laptop off the wall by this point three days of this for goodness sake, they never usd to be like this i never had a bad word to say about them but the last 3 months has driven me insane.
K. S.Staff st tesco really helpful being disabled there is nothing staff won't do to help from finding produce to parking bags then carrying to car. Plenty disability cars or wheelchairs and really wide aisles to manoeuvre through.

A. V.There is not much you can say negative about a Tesco store, this one is handy for its location but the lighting in store is inconsistent and quite irritating in sections. Great selection of goods as you would expect from a Tesco
