I have just visited the store where sadly, a member of staff was suddenly taken ill. Both staff members were very young. The young man in charge was clearly doing his best to care for the staff member who was ill but was also having to negotiate an increasingly agitated male outside the store. Once the staff member who had taken ill had safely left the store with her partner, the young man let us in. I checked on him & he was clearly shaken up by what had happened I would like him to be acknowledged by the manager & I think he did a great job of caring for his colleague whilst under pressure!

A very nice convenience store located near the main Island College, they have no card minimum thus is great for when you want to quickly make a small purchase with Android Pay or Apple Pay on your Mobile Device or Contactless. Central Stores usually have low prices on Confectionery mostly all for £1. Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Will continue to shop here!

Handy to pop into when other shops are closed or if you just want a couple of items and don't want to queue at suoermarket

I like this shop you can find items that you might not find in the bigger shops, some things can be a bit more expensive but on the whole a lovely little shop.
