Actually visited this store twice over the last two days yesterday was served by a young lady who could be best described as a rottweiler chewing a wasp......today excellent service. Not an easy job right now retail as I myself have over thirty five years in this job so keep it up shop workers lol

The prices reflect the competitive market, with some very good cost savings. The stock contains slimming World meals, which are extremely popular. The fruit and vegetables are very fresh and lower than most supermarkets. Definitely a good place to shop when you have a budget to keep to.

An easy access from bus or car, plenty of choice of food, frozen or fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. A excellent choice for young people up to the older ages, and everyone in between. The access for the disabled ie wheelchair users or scooters and people that are a bit slower than some is superb, very wide entrance electronically user friendly. Flat and wide aisle, plenty of choice for payment of your goods either by staff tilled or self service. The staff are friendly and attentive and friendly. The food range is extremely good. The space for the disabled is excellent. There is a delivery service and plenty of choice for times, free of charge, I believe free for payment over £25. So because of getting delivery free service for your goods especially frozen this can give customers peace of mind if you would like to check out a coffee shop or tea shop or restaurant or children playing activities or big stores ie Debenhams Wilkinson and shoe shops and anything in between. Close to main bus service. Close to main shopping centre close to toilet needs, close to taxi service. There is a lot to give anyone who is thinking about shopping with Iceland the position is absolutely amazing.

Located centre of town easy access to the store.There is wheelchair access but you might want to shop when it isn't crowded as you will find difficulty getting around the aisles. Everything easily labelled great variety of food for everyones needs..staff very helpful and friendly

It is my regular place of food stiffs purchases. What I so much love is the delivery which are always at time and not any damages. The other shopping places like Lidl, Audi, M&S, Asda and so many should follow if they need customers appreciation. The only what I did observed is getting a bit expensive very fast. It is a competition and should keep stable low prices.

My wife and I have a big shop weekly at Newport town centre Iceland store. We have always, found the staff willing and helpful in trying to find any products we have difficulty finding! Check-out staff are friendly and help with bag packing whether you are taking it home, or the store is delivering. Mr and Mrs S Rogers.

Iceland doesn't just do great frozen food. Specialist bread, milk, coffee is also available. Prices are usually cheaper than other supermarkets nearby. Overall a great place to shop.

I shop often at Iceland as it's convenient in the area I live . It's prices are good. They are restricted on what's available AS it's only a small store. Also non frozen is too limited. Otherwise the frozen is always good.

Gets unnervingly busy with a loud customer base. As an autistic person, I basically can't shop here outside of the last hour or so of opening. When I do get to shop here, though, I'm rewarded with some excellent value on many products, although watch out because some of those low prices on frozen poultry come from importing chicken from places like Thailand and Brazil where production practices are dreadful.

I basically only the one well visited place for frozen food. There are additional common items for daily and other useges. I love to see more fish. The fish there is the same type and costly. I suggest to be introduced different types including fresh fish, catch òf the day, river and fresh ocean fish...sea food. UK benefits from the ocean side of location but the people here don't benefit from the reachness of the fish. I love fresh sardines, makrels, monk fish and so many which particularly sardines and makrels are greasy, salmon too. Ready made parked foods are so many and didn't make people to be encourage to eat and leave healty life. As been the only place to get my daily usege I shop 2 or 3 times per week, but I want to see more improvements.

They had very nice & friendly employees there ! I wanted to get those shopping bags with Welsh flag print on & I thought they sold those ! The cashier lady asked another lady for me & she told me that was Aldi. Sadly ,I couldn't go there as it was out of my itineraries !! ( but,got different one at a souvenir shop in Saundersfoot !! A nice lady told me where she got it ! ) I bought bottles of water & some candies .A nice shop ,very affordable prices & very good services. 👍 This was in late August .
