I’ve been using this convenience store for the best part of two years since moving to the local area. Previously, I’ve been sceptical about using local privately owned stores due to extortionate pricing and poor quality products. However, this family owned and run business has been excellent. The store is always well stocked with reasonably priced products, and it is obvious that the family really care about their customers. The opening times are extremely handy due to my abnormal working hours, and whoever is working when I visit has always been friendly and welcoming, even allowing me to buy items seconds before closing time! (my bad sorry). 100% recommend for anyone passing by or for those that have recently moved to the area.

I visited the shop to drop off a parcel. Normally I would use the post office but due to previous reviews on the business I thought I would check out the shop to see if the 1 star reviews were a true reflection of what the business and the owners were like. The couple who own the shop were very kind, professional and cheerful people. I needed help with printing out a label for my parcel. The gentlemen clearly knew what he was doing and helped with the whole process while providing me with a very clear explanation on how to use the print-in-store device. In my opinion, I think that the previous reviews are harsh and do not represent the business and the owners. These reviews should be ignored.
