K. J.In-store pick up, plenty of parking, good staff, clean and well stocked. Very rarely an issue here.
a. l.Great branch of Asda. Considering it’s relatively small it usually has most of what I’m looking for. The staff are friendly and know your face (even behind a mask these days!)
I’m sorry to say though, I have one serious complaint: The new self-service checkouts installed in July 2021 are awful. The assistant had to intervene numerous times to reset the system. It took me twice as long to process my shopping and I felt like I ought to be getting a wage from Asda for my trouble! I won’t stop using the store but I would rather wait in line to be served by a human being than use those self-service checkouts again

The Staff in the store go out of they're way to help you, (Especially Jackie who works in the Kiosk).
I go to ASDA almost daily because it's just across the Rd from where I live.
I had a Brain Hemorage and also I have Depression and Anxiety
If I'm having a' Bad day' Jackie will come out from behind the Kiosk and talk to me.
Once she's made me feel better I leave the Store smiling 🙂.
Jackie deserves some kind of recognition for her empathy and kindness.
To me she deserves a promotion and 'Employee of the month.
ASDA Kingsthorpe Northampton is probably the best Supermarket I have ever been to and for as long as I live on Kingsthorpe I intend to carry on going to ASDA.

D. W.The fresh large roast chicken is delicious, and the frozen vegetable selection is vast whilst still keeping the prices low. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and will drop whatever they are doing to assist you. Altogether a pleasant experience. Good sized free car-park
