Always a fair selection of sandwiches and meal deals with not massively terrible prices. It's not a bad sized shop, so it carries quite a large range of stuff. There's a bakery with fresh coffee Staff have always been friendly but there are a few who are happy and outgoing and it's nice

I've always enjoyed my visits here and being very, many times over the years, that's saying summat. The foods always been great and I've liked what clothing I've had or brought from here. Customer service has always been excellent. It's a real shame to see the place, and the people go.

The shop is great and lots of choices in underwear and summer clothes I was looking for today. The cafe staff are very helpful as are all the staff. I shall miss it when it closes on the 11th August. We need to save the store.

Staff very helpful , good choice of clothes, the only down fall is the toilets and there cleaner she couldn't clean anything if she tried , my wife graded the toilets in there out of 10 is 2 disappointed , we say get a new toilet cleaner who knows what she is doing , thank you

I only go to the food hall here, location isn't the best for me, pretty far from bus station and carpark (about 5 mins walk then imagine that with shopping). No faults here but the checkouts can do with more people on them.

Lovely food and seasonal gifts and flowers. Expect prices to be higher being a petrol station store but some prices are absolutely criminally high. Meat, fresh fruit and vegetables not bad and ready meals reasonable although £1 more expensive than their taste dictates.. As long as you are careful , there are bargains to be had.

Very pleasant experience: though not so many men's shoe styles as Clark's across the pedestrian way, they had exactly the style and width fit I needed. Plus Marks have very nice cafe with very pleasant and helpful staff!

Neatly presented store and always full of stock. Great quality clothing and definitely worth the little extra money. The floor staff have always been friendly and helpful for when I needed help around the store. M&S Food Hall has a nice selection. Foods range from frozen to snacks, so there's quite a huge selection, which is always great. The only suggestion I would put forward is if there was more free-from/vegan M&S own-branded foods available. Majority of the time when I see new M&S vegan food online(I.E. ready-to-go wraps/sandwiches), this store doesn't have it in stock, even after months have passed. The food hall is quite grand and I believe if more variety was there, it would be very beneficial. The store has a pleasant atmosphere and is always lovely to visit.

It's an M&S - what's to be said. We had a stop at the cafe. When the food/drink reaches you, it is OK ... but why does have to be so painful. It seems to me that in Spain they serve you faster, better quality, with fewer staff - how can this be?

Maybe if the directors had more common sense to bring prices more into line with where the product was made clothes sales could have been considerably higher. You basically had Primark quality being sold at top end price levels, I thought this would have been pretty obvious to them, you can only trade on your name for so long but customers soon catch on that they are paying way over the odds for clothing made in cheap countries in the Far East. I have never seen the men's with about more than 10 people in it at any one time, yet all you have to do is look at the crowds in Primark and other sensibly priced clothes shop to understand the problem at M&S.
