Reviews of Morrisons
R. D.
Quality Morrisons store, similar to the supermarket placed on Alvis Retail Park in Coventry, but even a bit nicer. Attractive atmoshere with good location, nicely ordered, neat and clean. Really worth to visit and do your daily or weakly groceries.
D. S. S.
Stopped off here for petrol on my way back to Essex and the place was nice. All the pumps were well cleaned as was the forecourt. Had to use the toilets and these to were clean to a very high standard.
f. w.
Nice clean tidy store with some great offers such as the huge bags of mashed potatoes or rice .clean toilets .lady in the cafe appeared possibly a little abrupt but seemed to be working alone serving and handling the til on her own so she may just have been Concentrating on doing her best .
R. N.
Clean, tidy, shelves well stocked. Fruit and veg very good (after walking out of Lidl store). Cashier very friendly. Fuel, cheapest in town
N. Y.
Great store, friendly staff. Plenty of free on-site parking available. Has everything you need
Fuel station is the cheapest around atm. But does run of diesel quite fast
S. R.
Fantastic breakfast in the cafe presented well and tasted so good. Table was also wiped before I sat down. Will come here more.
C. H.
Love shopping in this light airy and well set out supermarket, although I went to buy some helium balloons as they have a great party section, but the helium pump was out of order so best to ring 1st.
K.
Good variety of products. But they do charge more on some of their items. Example cigarette papers, morrisons charge 60p, where coop, asda, tesco and sainsbury's charge between 30p and 32p.
S. N. R.
High quality products. But little bit costly. 2 hrs of free parking is available here. Wheelchair friendly store.
S. K.
I like this store in Northampton. It's one of the few stores that still gives a proper Grocer feel when you walk in. There's always good things on offer. Plenty of parking space outside. More than enough people manned at the tills. Like their Deli counter as well.
L. S.
Fav local store, staff lovely, clean store. But why have the triple sandwiches gone from meal deal. We all loved that deal, great for lunch x
J. B.
Considering it's only a week until Xmas and so busy I am extremely impressed with the choice and quality of food available at reasonable prices in comparison to other supermarkets. Well done Morrisons. Merry Christmas to you all 🥳🥳🥳
H. R.
On today's visit we visited the cafe. It was spacious and clean and had screens up to separate the tables. It wasn't expensive and the food was brought out super quick. There was slightly too much fat on the bacon but at those prices what can you expect. Had a good selection to choose from and caters well for vegans and vegetarians too. Would deffo recommend.
A. E.
Staff really helpful and understanding when our two year old didn't want to let go of an onion 😂
E. M. S.
Great place to get groceries and fresh food.
S. D.
Morrisons cafe is always a pleasure , staff are very helpful and polite especially the lad on the till today don't know his name , but has glasses . Cracking job 👏
A. M.
Pizzas were open with actual ingredients this time and girl serving not from that department but did a great job. Very helpful and we'll done to her
K. K.
Great store to have your local area. Wode range, good prices. You have to keep an eye for offers and good to have halal section as well.
Love their pizza section where you can get a freshly made pizza in less than half the price. Defo 5 stars :)
J. S.
I only come here occasionally, as it's further than the competotors, but always enjoy the extensive fresh food, deli and bakery, which I think beat the competitors hands-down! Today bought hot vegan sausage rolls, which I've never seen anywhere else.
W. C. (.
Morrisons have tons of products to choose with reasonable price. They also have their own brands and i like their juices the most. Their own pizzas and bread are really good and soft. Especially, we can choose our own toppings for pizza for free.
The supermarket has step free access for disabled people, baby trolley, wide area for car parking and quick self checkout.
They also open late for Christmas holidays.
A. S.
In store butcher and fishmonger, huge selection of meats, fish and shellfish. Competitive prices, friendly staff.
S. R.
Maybe go too early, but nearly always have to wait an age when self scanner fails, and been ignored by staff a few times, other than that it's a Morrisons and nothing else wrong.
J. K.
Be careful picking out your fruit and veg not always as fresh as you would like
D. M.
Friendly staff , good value prices, easy checkout
L. G.
Love the fresh fish counter we have a struggle getting fresh fish here in Northampton being so far from the sea
T. P.
Great latte in the little coffee shop at the entrance. Great for chilling and people watching with friendly staff and only £2.25
P. M.
Nice location, and very diversity of product 🙏
S. O.
I need to say more. This is a consistently good store, with great parking facilities. I also like the bakery and the Asian sections which enables me to buy all under the same roof. I think our specialist Asian shops who until now had free reign (and expensive prices) need to wake up.
A. E.
Diesel is 10p cheaper per litre than where I live so filled up. Happy chap!...until I spent more than £40 on goods and received a 5p per litre voucher!!
Parking was accessible and staff helpful on the fish stall whom I spoke to. Some good prices on commodities I needed so worth the visit.
Time has moved on and fuel is still competitive but the War is affecting everything.
There are still some good offers on food and household items but in these financially challenging times we are,all shopping around for value.
The shelves were stocked but queues at checkouts .
A pleasant visit today for a top up shop in preparation for a BBQ tomorrow 🤞. Shelves stocked and car park accessible. I began with a breakfast around noon which was excellent but very high tech to get it ordered!
Only 2 checkouts open which did result in some queuing.
Z. M.
Absolutely amazing service, son was cheering for the staff, wife got hammered. Would happily grocery shop ere again
D. W.
Standard supermarket. Loads of parking. Range of selection is a little low in some areas
K. L.
Good supermarket, less choice than some of the others and more expensive. Great deli.
K. P.
I like One of the best shops
Y. M.
Very busy supermarket, great restaurant serving good food, at very reasonable prices.
M. J.
This review is only for the restaurant not the whole store although it's a good store. Not had a breakfast at a Morrison's in a long time and I'm happy to have tried one again. The old breakfasts were made of the most bland and cheap ingredients, like eating cardboard. They now use ingredients that actually have taste. The service was good although it was hard to get them to do bread instead of toast, "I'll have toast but just don't put it in the toaster" seems to be a concept to hard for many establishments to get to grips with.
G. M.
Becoming increasingly expensive and stock seemed low for mid Saturday afternoon. But you could probable say the same for all supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful, but seem thin on the ground. They seem intent on you using the DIY checkouts but I noticed no staff there, so when there was a problem there was no one to sort it out.
B. P.
Branch at cattle market well stocked everything I needed not overbusy in an out in know time
I. H.
Brilliant shop, wish we had one in Daventry
P. S.
The number of times I have been there, shelves are all stocked up. Love the meat selection and pretty competitive prices. Good selection of vegetables and easy
to navigate. The Asian section is pretty good. The usual store cupboard ingredients, lots of options in the frozen section including frozen coconut, chapatis , Parathas etc. Its clean and friendly staff.
R. E.
Place has new renovations and new vibe.Looks good and has organic products and has new products and a new party shop as well .a lot more products but prices are a lot bit more expensive now
m. c.
Very busy today not for the first time but l searched for a item and it wasn't there. I asked a member of staff who didn't really make the effort to go and check
T. L.
Have had better experiences in other Morrisons locations. The till staff were confused about pricing options (meal deal) and this caused a little delay. Seating well spaced and and separated by screens.
P. P.
Large store with usual stock.
Plenty of free parking on site.
R. P.
Everything is available here with good quality and it's worth every penny. The service is also very good.
T. C.
For shopping it's a large store but the cafe there is not good at all unclean, not alot of choice at all tables left dirty had to ask to clean it and was very unimpressed with the food also
P. J.
It has changed the way it serves hot drinks in the café. Call out table number then you just collect your drinks. Much better.
D. D.
This is where I do my groceries and food shopping, the meat products are of superior quality. Good store.
A. T.
Not my main shopping store but go there to get certain things
M. P.
Get ready to play "find a basket". Very often that there aren't any at the door.
S. P.
Very easy to park, straight into Morrisons and instantly you feel that there is so much diversity of products. I went in for fresh fish and was not disappointed with the vast selection they had to offer.
Will definitely be returning for the fish as it tasted simply stunning!
M. L.
Had what I wanted plus i found a bargain in the fish stall
S. P.
Amazing customer service, good range of products, amazing butchers proper helpful and always happy to help. Good little cafe and tonnes of free parking
B. W.
Wasn't very pleased shopping here the was nothing I needed in there and no staff to ask
S. H. (.
Good experience, shame the security guard is so loud. I appreciate he is looking out for the public when such beggars approaching customers for change but rather than shouting across the customers direction with small children about, he should have took the said people to one side with his threats. He scared my autistic daughter with his bellows from the entrance.
D. S.
Handy place, colocated with a couple of other retail units and for me most crilucialy a very well priced fuel stop with pay at pump services which I really value. Good size store, aleays got what we need, plenty of space in car park, never been full in my experience. Very pleasant with a wealth of self checkouts for convenience. Even a bistro at the door for coffee on the way out.
J. C.
Well stocked store as is the usual for Morrisons. Store was clean but it's very VERY claustrophobic in store. Really not sure why Morrisons stores are like this but anyone with a trolley is going to block an aisle. Good car park with fairly wide parking bays. 2 hours parking max
S.
It's a super market...... with a cafe that does good food
A. N.
Very good store, always helpful staff I love shopping there!
L. A. P.
Do say 'hi' to Charles. He's the security guard. This is a regular of mine.. Excellent service most of the time. However, they do need to open more human tills. Get the cashiers back.
R. N.
Superstore with all your household needs. Ample parking space. Inbuilt coffee shop.
A. B.
Nice place to shop a lot chose aswell.
S. D.
It was OK but the number of staff has recently plummeted.
B. B.
Haven't been here for a while but pleasantly surprised. Went mid morning on a Saturday and, although busy, not too bad. Trolley cleaning at the entrance with hand sanitiser available too. All shelves were well stocked, good fish counter and deli. Social distancing being observed by the majority of customers and a few good offers available.
C. D.
Great to have a large supermarket remain in Central Northampton now that Sainsbury's has closed as an alternative
Morrisons would always be my preferred choice anyway given it's a much larger store, much better freshly made in store produce and has free parking with a fuel station on site
Perfect one stop shop for anyone who lives or works in Northampton, and being in the town centre makes it ideal for anyone who needs a large supermarket but may not have use of a car
D.
All purpose shopping mall for all your groceries and household supplies.
m. J.
Went in for breakfast, no obvious menu, but lovely lady running around keeping everyone happy. Food was good too
R. S.
Not a bad shop all morrisons are the same inside, 4 star because not the best I've been in, disabled parking in the shopping area is very good
R. R.
The only place I would shop in UK
And another thing Fresh sea food and breads
R. V.
Decent sized Morrisons. Had a reasonable amount of parking, right on the river. Inside was what you expect in a supermarket, pretty much the same as every other Morrisons.
M. W.
Good place to shop and good Value for money
f. b.
A good store with quality and fresh products, especialy on food. There is a variety of international food, from Europe and Asia, which I personally like.It has easy access and a big parking space.
T. T.
I had a marvellous shopping experience in Northampton Morrison's. The staff were ever so friendly, helpful and met or exceeded my expectations. Well done staff at Victoria Parade. Wellingborough store could learn a great deal from you.
M. E.
Food is great, price's are acceptable, stuff well hopfuly you find one with a good mood lol, they could upgrade their customer toilets as they dark and dingy and appears not clean, coffee its a bonus but they need more stuff to speed up the process during busy times. Few neutral comments but i still like this place a lot as it fills homely...must try pizza and doughnuts, and many more 😊
D. F.
Good stock levels on most stuff and adequate social distancing precautions in place. Unnecessary queue systems not that clear to use, always results in longer time at tills than there needs to be every time I visit.
I. S.
In the land of Morrisons, this is one of the best that I have visited. Larger floor area than others, hence more pleasing layout and presentation of products.
S. R. J.
Cafe was busy but Theo on the desk, and clearing tables couldn't have been better. Diffused situations and kept customers aware of waits before having them.
Fresh stock was good although the loose cucumbers were very soft and bendy and felt as though they had been thawed.
Always a good experience.
l.
Great shop to get some random bits. Their bakery is so affordable and delicious, super friendly staff and navigating the aisles and sections was easy as well as I never felt rushed, took my time and the lady at the till was funny and caring. Great job for the employees!
P. J.
The car park gives you two hours parking which I think is one hour less than it used to be. Euro car parks now run it. No payment is required though. The store is covid compliant as expected. Hand gels and spray at the entrance for your safety. One way in and one way out too. The cafe area doesn't seem to be open but the takeaway coffee shop on the left as you go in is. Otherwise it's business as usual in this huge store.
J. N.
It is a good place to get decent meat, dairy and veg. The one thing that kind of seems to be lacking of late is cleanliness of the store, but then again Tesco isn't really up there either come to think of it...
J.
I haven't been to a Morrisons I don't like, and this is no exception. Coffee is nice in here too. The one advice id offer is not to park for more than the maximum time allocated lol; I learnt that the hard way.
D. M.
It's a Morrisons, they are all the same. Cheap fuel and friendly people
A. W.
Don't use it much but it's ok!
D. M.
Wish they had the lamb cutlets I wanted.i went shopping early to get them 😩. It wasn't busy either. Bonus was the lovely cashier who served me.
B. R.
Good social distancing, clearly marked checkpoints. Security guards helpful regarding face masks for under 10s. Better than other supermarkets in regards to covid
T.
Reasonable prices on most things. Staff are friendly but not in your face.
Excellent service
N.
Love this place, here all the time :) x
D. M. (.
Really nice place to shop for the
food, toiletries, clothes, home
stuff. Prices are very affordable,
have their own bakery and cafe!
The sell baby clothing brand
Nutmeg which is fantastic quality
brand for babies and kids. Have
also sales on regular basis which
is nice. There is a large variety of
fresh fish, meat etc. Usually have
different sales on like buy two for
3, or just sell discounted food
which should expiry soon(these
usually labelled yellow). Also you
may find there baked biscuits,
bread and all other sorts of baked
stuff, always fresh and nice.
V. E.
Nice shop, helpful staff and with good quality food, particularly the fresh fish, cheese and meat. They also do garden plants at very reasonable prices in the summer.
R. R.
Good selection.
Good prices.
Not too busy.
Self service long wait.
L. H.
Well stocked store. Plentiful parking. Great choices on the create your own pizza bar.
R. K.
Love morrisons you can buy your veg, fish, and meat, plastic free and can take your own containers to use... you can buy vegan, veggie, gluten free, eggs and put them in either your own box or their boxes.....and 10% discount for services and points too .... thank you morrisons... you can even buy take out cream teas, bacon rolls, coffees teas and so much more.... need to up their vegan and gluten free game at the care tho ...otherwise I would have scored them 5 stars ... come on morrisons dairy and celiac are not life choices like vegan and veggie so please sort it!!!!!!
R. F.
One of my favourite shop!
H. C.
This Morrisons isn't very good for accessibility. Boxes piled up in front on fresh produce. Many cages left on shop floor during shopping hours.
A.
Popped in for full English Breakfast. Hot, not greasy cooked well. Enjoyable.
S. L.
I would just like to thank the lovely kind lady that works in the cafe yesterday, around 4 -5 . My father and very poorly Mother went in for dinner yesterday. And the lady offered to sit with my mother while dad & i choose something to eat at the counter.
She comforted and spoke with mum for a while until we came back. She was also so friendly and caring.
I only wish i knew her name... please thank her for me and tell her she is a credit to Morrisons. She went the absolute mile under difficult times.
Im sure she wore glasses and was wearing a hat with short brown hair. Hope this helps to identify her.
So kind ***** Morrisons Northampton Town Centre
B. T.
Very kind and thoughtful staff. The lovely lady at the checkout really cheered me up after a long exhausting day as an NHS nurse.
D. O.

d. d.
Had a small breakfast here was OK for the cost
S. S.
Well it gets 5 stars because I got petrol! Which I genuinely needed as my petrol light just came on
V. P.
You can purchase everything at a moderate price.. i am a regular customer at Morrisons... i often purchase Morrisons products and other products as well. They offer high quality products and the self till machines at Morrisons enable you to avoid long queues... online purchase option is also available at Morrisons, but it has a minimum amount of purchase plus delivery charges.. if you have a shopping trolley, it is better to shop at site rather than online shopping...
J. E.
My local supermarket, very well organised in the lock down and currently. Only downside last few times never any baskets out on entry. You have to get them from the till area, which is difficult when you are trying to social distance, please sort.
C. D.
Good sanitation process to go in.
Going round the store is good, but the queuing system at check outs is a bit bazaar. Quick enough though, although it looks as if it will take ages and put people off.
K. D.
A good selection of foods with a clean environment, only downside is they don't quite have a full range of products but theres enough for a decent weekly shop.
e. s.
I mean it says kids eat free all day but it's only past 3pm foods okay nothing special but u know what can u expect with frozen eggs
G. C.
Not a great selection of vegan food, and the car park layout seemed a bit confusing and cramped.
e. t.
Only popped in quickly for a few items but very clean, well signed & polite staff
A. T.
Got all i needed and a few treats
G. A.
Everything possible has been done to ensure safety and the shelves are kept well stocked. The staff are marvellous but, unfortunately, some of the customers ignore social distancing rules.
S. W.
great hospitality and smooth shopping
J. W.
Good food, good quality service. Well priced and produce is presented and easy to find. The store has a real community feel about it and that is down to the staff and management.
A. B.
Great place, plenty of offers in-store, not too busy on Saturday evening 👌🏼
S. P.
Awesome place for shopping all daily essentials, home needs, food, fruits, vegetables etc... You could spend almost few hours effortlessly traversing all the counters. You can shop for international food too here. Quality of goods is good, a little pricey but you will surely not be disappointed.
G. W.
Love all of the fresh food that they do. We get all of our treats from here. Some absolutely amazing prices on meat if you keep your eyes open and Jam Donuts.... 50p for a pk of 5. They don't last long in my house.
E. M.
Amazing fresh food with reasonable prices, make sure to try out the croissants!
And has a good adaption to Covid19, takeaways are possible throughout the day.
A. E.
Shop here every week, plus working for the NHS ,we get 10% discount,so that's an added bonus.
Recommended.
A. R.
A fairly large Morrisons with plenty of items to buy, though stock can sometimes be a bit low. My only "major" issue is that the bakery products usually go out of stock way too fast, because of how good they are!
D. W.
Went for a breakfast it's was fast to arrive and tasted lovely and the lady even help me get a mask as I had forgotten mine
S. S.
Never go there by bike , they will steal it . My sister got bike robbed twice in the middle of a day. And security said we can't help you because CCTV belongs to council , then police investigated bike theft and said they couldn't see anything on cameras, but bikes were parked under massive camera. So shop is dangerous.
S. W.
Since its recent revamp the store is much larger now and offers a vast range of products all at competitive prices.
With cash points and parcel collection available, a cafe and now a coffee bar, can recommend the cappuccino, plus all the other items and facilities that are available makes this a good place to shop.
With plenty of parking and a well priced petrol station also it is the ideal place for all your requirements.
m. g.
Went to the coffee shop
Good coffee and reasonably priced
The member of staff that served me friendly and efficient
S. M.
Ok parking, gets quite full.
Shop has everything you could need from a supermarket.
Would've been 5* if there hadn't been pieces of chicken in the vegetarian cheese sandwich platter I'd ordered for a party and my order had been all together when I came to collect it. If I'd wanted to traipse around the store I would've shopped myself!
Д. Х.
Nice clean, big store.
Since the refurbishment, you are not greeted by the smell of fish. Thankfully, they move the fish stall a bit further from the entrance - not by a lot though.
They have also reduced the free parking, from 3 hours, to 2 hours.
Great prices, good selectuon, great quality.... Well done Morrisons.
L. B.
My wife and I had a surprisingly good trip here this past weekend. There's lots of choice available for vegans, including sausage rolls and pasties in the bakery section! The frozen selection is pretty good and there is a free-from section at the back-right of the store.
Lots of checkouts were open - makes a change from Aldi/Lidl! - and its overall a decent place to walk around with wide aisles and clean stalls. They even have a coffee bar by the entrance although I can't vouch for its quality. Hit up Yellow Bourbon instead ;)
L. B.
A lot of the items do not have price labels on the shelves for them.
I had an issue with the machine issuing a blank voucher. I spoke to an assistant at the tills who sent me to customer services. The person at customer services answered the telephone as I was in the process of explaining what the issue was. I found this quite rude. I was then sent back to the assistant at the tills as it was them that would sort it not customer services!
Overall I did not enjoy my shopping experience at Morrisons today.
S. V.
Good shopping centre with loads of varieties from fruits , vegetables, flowers, wines and drinks, groceries, bread and bakery products wide range, meat, house hold items, and public rest room, parking lot, wheel chair entrance is available, with kids you can shop as we exhaust in shopping there is a cafe and must say and extraordinary cafe serves delicious food fish and chips is all time favourite, rib meat , jacket potatoes, smashed peas and potatoes are amazing. It gives you instant energy. I love shopping here.
K. H.
Great parking, nice wide aisles but the fresh food shelves e.g fruit and vegetables are always empty!!
K. G.
OK for a quick shop, but most of the time, if you're not being almost run over at the crossing from Beckets Park to the store (I've complained, but just ignored), the staff can be unfriendly or treat you like you're an inconvenience; the deli shuts at 6,which is inconvenient if you work later than that; 9 times out of 10, it's hunt the shopping basket, with managers standing around in packs... and to add to all, there's a huge sign at tge front stating a £500 reward for helping to catch shoplifters; I helped, but all I got from one shop assistant was, "were you the one that pointed that man out"... when I said yes, she walked off without a thank you and I never saw her again. This store is close to where I live, so that is the only reason I go there! There are better places to shop!
J. A.
Have more staff during Buzy period
D. H.
Great palace to shop shame about the customer's they are very rude to my kids
A. E.
Lovely staff, very helpful. Well presented, easy to.navigate. Outside, ample car parking but was a bit untidy, perhaps just down to the wind blowing litter in from elsewhere. Otherwise great place.
C. S.
Usually not too busy and stock levels seem to have improved a lot recently. The quality of the fruit and veg seems quite poor at times though
B. M.
Doesn't seem to have the variety that other super markets have. Can never get everything I need. May be because I tend to go on a Monday evening, and the shelves have been stripped of produce over the weekend? I'm not sure.... It used to be a nice quiet Monday evening shop, but with the new University now open, it's flooded with students. Which for me, has taken away some of the calmness... The cafe is nice, and very reasonably priced. Although the new coffee machines rarely work properly, or are empty!... Still, the cafe is good, and the staff in there are always polite and helpful.
Trolleys are a bit of an issue. Morrison's don't seem to have any staff collecting them from the car park regularly enough. The trolleys get put back in the trolley park, and the lines of trolleys are nearly always snaking out into the car park, which is annoying and dangerous.... Toilets, although clean, always smell bad. To be fair, I think this is true of all supermarkets!... All in all, Morrison's is ok. I'll still keep going as it's close to home, even though I'll still have to pop to Tesco later on in the week, for the bits I can't get in Morrison's.
E. C.
Shame the fishmongers don't know how to fillet whole salmon properly
R. B.
Nice experience shopping here. Not to busy, well stocked and a very friendly cashier
J. C.
The new manager is clearly making a difference
The cafe food was delivered quickly (for a change).
The shop is looking more ordered and cleaner.
Still some key items missing though... shelves are not full
X.
Its a supermarket. Does have a better range than Tesco's but still has supermarket type issues. Like the salad bar doesn't always have salad. I do like Morrison's bakery though.
R. T.
Good, nice and clean shop. The prices are a bit high but you pay for quality not quantity.
c.
Just a quick visit. Fruit selection mostly pre-packed, which I dislike, but quality looks good. Tasteless chicken sandwich bought for lunch, not worth the price. Fruit scones heavy, stodgy and excessively sweet.
B. C.
Like it much more since it has changed. It is easy to find your way around to purchase goods & the choice is vast.Sadly meals in the restaurant still need an improvement! But overall it's a pleasant place to shop, well done!! Will use it again in the future.
T. M.
Clean and busy shop, ample parking fabulous cafe inside
Worth a shop 👌
M. W.
Nice staff, big shop, cleaning stuff to help combat germs/covid.
C. D.
Good supermarket. Plenty parking spaces. Good variety of products and friendly staff but isles are a bit problematic, as similar products can be found in two different isles. Later in the day they run out of bread and other products like fruit and vegetables. Not a great variety of fish either.
A. K.
Morrison's is more relaxed u don't feel like that in some other store some time I will have a can of drink and pay for it when I finished my shopping some place they will watching every step which I think is wrong they have camera everywhere that should good
T. P.
Goods are generally up to the mark. However, when will the myopic accountants stop expecting one member of staff to operate four diverse counters simultaneously?
Managers should invest in long-term employment and stop being led by the nose by head office accountants. They must, quite simply, do what they are paid for and challenge overpaid superiors.
I should point out that I have no relatives affected by this issue nor am I a union activist. I am a capitalist who believes in long term investment in companies and the community. Unfortunately, all companies and industries need monitoring on this issue, not just this one. Remember to love this kingdom or you will loose it!
Bless you all at this magical time of the year, particularly those sleeping under the stars. I do realise that not many of you have smartphones so that I hope caring humans will encourage you to hang on: we are coming for your salvation ++

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience this time in the cafe. I was served quick and with a smile. The cafe was clean but I chose a BLT sandwich. They didn't have my first choice which was prawns. The crisps were not in their usual little packet so they were very soft. The bread was very moist but the sandwich tasted unpleasant and stale. If I hadn't been sitting right at the other end of cafe I would have taken it back. The date said use by the 5th. Have to say that is the first time I have been dissatisfied with my choices
M. F.
Morrisons fruit and veg always seem to be a lot fresher than tesco. Also wider aisles for my wheelchair.
C. H.
Big supermarket with plenty of parking considering how close it is to the city centre - very conveniently located. Had a nice cup of coffee there early in the morning. Plan to go back to try the fry up breakfast others were having as it looked very inviting
A. M.
The shop is in the process of having a refit done with the addition of new fridges. The layout has changed so trying to find produce was a bit of a challenge. The narrow isle mean that there are more products on offer however all it takes is 1 ignorant person to block the way past.
N. M. c.
Great store, great staff ( pat ) easy parking if people park where tgey should and don't be abusive. Cash machines do tend to fail a lot. But store is looking great now, fresh food solves always full great atmosphere
D. S.
I stayed in Northampton for a few days, and was able to find new and interesting things compared to my morrisons back home. I enjoyed the speed of checking out. And i also am grateful to the proximity to the university in which i temporarily stayed at.
d. l.
Not what it used to be. Restaurant very disappointing.
R. K.
The staff are always very helpful, most sections of the store have a good selection but for one.
1 product has been taken off the shelf and another is always in sort supply.
Buyers are not doing their job.
S. K.
Great shopping experience; quality products and at reasonable prices; great variety (better than Tesco) and foodstuffs cover all ethnicities and tastes; fresh fish and meats at the fishmonger and butcher counters; checkouts are smooth.
R. C.
Very nice
i. h.
Best fish mongers, no other supermarket in Northampton does this, a great choice of assorted fish
S. A.
Always stocked and has a great variety of food. Good discounts on food going out of date soon. Bought many fruits and food for as little as 9p. Amazing!
l. m.
Had to search for trolly, hadn't got what I wanted, no staff ,queuing at the tills was not a good experience.
I. C.
The best and fresh meat in UK. Always stocked with plenty of choices to choose from. Love the good quality NUTMEG fashion clothes.
S. B.
I love Morrisons but they always have run out of Walkers Baked cheese and onion crisps when I go shopping on a Saturday morning. Luckily B&M is next door so I get them there!
B. O.
Good Place for shopping, everything nice and simple, fresh bakery is nice, key cutting facility as well.
H.
Lots of products, always full and very quick service. However the prices are a little high in my opinion. The store is near University, so lower prices could be better for students :)
M. L.
Open til 10PM every weeknight this store is big and spacious.
With ample free parking and next too Dunelm mill and the Northampton Canal. There's no better place to go shopping
After having a coffee in the cafe you can take a stroll along the canal or into the centre of Northampton.
Also on site is a petrol station with competitively priced fuel.
p. s.
Usually a good selection of produce the one downside is that they don't stock the shelves before they open so when you go in touch are continually dodging pallets and trolleys.
S. L.
Good to do all your shopping for food, birthdays and got a big section for it and make cake there too got there own clothes for baby's to kids to adults 🤩
s. a.
Best priced fuel on whole of iow I visited. Everywhere else was 127,129 etc but good old morrisons was 108.. big thank you for keeping it real
R. G.
Clean nice friendly staff well lit. Well stocked very happy every time I go I always get what I am looking for. Love that they have a fish and meat counter and well priced.
S. W.
We stop at the cafe before we start shopping every week. It's cheap, cheerful and fantastic people watching. Photograph shows leftovers from previous cafe visit.
M. H.
2018-Quality foods but also good bargains-easy parking-salad bar-cafe-cash m/cs-petrol etc-snacks/drinks-wines&alcohol-frozen&tins-indian/asian etc-nice pizzas-flowers&gardening-clothes-books/mags/papers-pet food- etc.
2019-Not as good-too many 'buy 2' offers when only 1 is wanted (at higher price)-customer service reduced to 9 to 5pm-computers close down so have to return another day for points-quality of some items poorer-less staff & more machines-staff not as friendly-trolleys pile up in car park.
M. G.
Everything as you would hope it to be..
P. S.
It is okay, good varieties with cook food restaurant. Salad and hot food food counter also available. Also small range of clothes and home appliance section with all other standard grocery section. Fuel station is right by the exit or enterence .
S. M.
Good supermarket, prices and choices, great deli counters.
p. h.
Excellent. Everybody was helpfull from the security guard to the tills. Brill choice of goods available, stress free under the current lockdown restrictions.
E. K.
You find almost everything here.. Not pricey.
D. S.
Items short on shelfs as no staff to put it out . People being allowed into store with NO FACE MASKS . People stocking up with water and loo rolls again from what I saw .
B. M.
Got what I need got out. Checkout lady on the self service was lovely
D. P.
Short on stock self service tills keep stalling.
Friendly efficient staff.
Veg Selection very short dates and limited choice
C. J.
Wonderful service in the little cafe just through the entrance door
A. M.
Good selection of products excellent butcher's counter top quality produce. Fruit and vegetables can be a little disappointing. Good selection alcohol and soft drinks
N. I.
Sometimes runs out of products which is annoying, but most of the time especially the meat is very fresh and better than any supermarket.
M. R.
A very popular and busy supermarket in Northampton that is right in the centre of town. A large store that offers something for everyone. Recent changes include a barista coffee bar right at the entrance, Timpsons and Doddle pickup/drop off point inside the store.
Plenty of parking, petrol in-site and easy to get to for both vehicles and pedestrians.
A.
Standard Morrisons. Nice and simple layout and staff with a smile which I like to see. Restaurant isn't bad either tbh. Only thing that lets it down for me is that there clothing section has no range for men's :/
J. T.
The reason i go to Morrisons mainly to fill petrol because it is the cheapest. The shop is well stocked aswell. You can get plenty parking spaces near the entrance so you dont have to walk far with your shopping
B.
Well stocked, good fresh produce and pizza's good value for money.
Staff controlled access and exit to the tills excellently.
A. R.
Nice place always clean and good quality products
J. R.
Amazing place but just a little bit over crowded especially towards Christmas time but amazing shop and helpful staff.
M. A.
The experience was amazing but it will be a little more help if you have variety in halal meat food..
S. G.
Use Morrisons every week for petrol and shopping great offers, mostly get all shopping in 1 go, and the cafe is very good although sometimes you seem to wait ages for your food order.
K. M.
Lovely staff x clean store x had everything I needed x
d. w.
Shopping was okay only problem you have not having disabled signs saying display blue badges out side the store as thier was a pick it up up wagon using one of the spaces and i would say they wasn't disabled i had to park somware else with a long walk
F. P.
Had best birthday cake from here there own brand was only 6 pound store always clean staff always friendly been before waa served by a young man called tom was friendly polite and well mannered he gets 20 stars from me he was on till one Saturday dark hair only store i use off morrisons if could give 10 plus stars woild
W. B.
Bought a sandwich for niece in hospital and she said hospital sandwich tasted better didn't like the ham in the sandwich said had a funny taste
But on the good side two of us had different ones from Morrisons and they were lovely and on a good note niece is now coming home from hospital
K. P.
Good quality but sometimes empty shelf in the afternoon. It's not good idea to change the position of the products on the shelf. U have to spend extra time to look where they are....very annoying.
J. W.
Went in there yesterday lack of staff queuing down the iles no one about to help you it has changed for the worse.
R.
Excellent supermarket with a massive range of goods and services.Early opening suits a large number of shoppers similar to myself. Self service supervisor is a god send to inept users like me!
N. R.
Nice supermarket, good prices. Be aware of car parking time limits. I did not resulted in a fine
W. K.
Great selection of Gluten Free as well as regular brands. Good prices and offers throughout store.
M. M.
This is a huge store with everything you would expect, plus café and faster food option. All in a lovely location next to the Nene river.
Now the UoN campus has opened nearby, this store will surely further expand its already large World Foods isle too.
R. S.
Always a great selection of produce particularly Fish and vegetables, unlike other supermarkets the staff seem on the whole to like working there always cheery.
V. W.
Not enough staff,on sundays
B. T.
Sandra and Ann Littlemore are the best customer service assistants that you have and I would really appreciate if you think to level up the things with the job title since they deserve more than a simple worker job. Sandra knows how to deal with the customers and she have all the skills to be a team leader or a supervisor. Ann Littlemore is one of the greatest since she greet all the customers with a big smile on her face and she have the skills to approach each person and to gain customers. Think about that these two beautiful women's are one of a kind.
j. 1.
Its a shop what can i say. Only better if they sold crack
A. D.
Went all over town to get some oxtail Morrison's only place to have some well done
S. T.
I bought the tastiest turkey here
G. B. (. A. B. P.
Before moving to Northampton wasn't really a Morrisons customer. I still tend to use few different supermarkets but this one is large, good stock range and staff seem friendly. Car park easy to get in and out of, something you can't say about Waitrose in Kingsthorpe which has horrible exit.
j. w.
Not everyone's cup of tea, I prefer it to Tesco find the products fresher and at the moment a bit more choice on shelves. Prices are probably about the same as Tesco.
T. C.
Staff and store amazing - customers on the other had c*nts. No one keeping to the distancing, ended up walking out earlier than wanting to
G. H.
Nice old fashioned Ale pub. Not themed or modern with a good choice of drink and friendly staff. Also dog friendly, with two customers lovely dogs in there.
M. K.
Excellent meat and moderately priced puddings. I couldn't find any fresh Indian food but the frozen samosas were very good.
D. D.
Standard Morriston products, different store layout. More enclosed chillers means items like sandwich fillers can be kept better.
Morrisons' management need to keep an eye on the toilets which have twice fallen below standards.
J. S.
Well that Morrisons it's much bigger more homely more friendly above all more light foods not bad it's better food and elsewhere it's a bit cheaper and I'd like Morrisons I'm addicted to Morrisons now that's what I'm going to be shopping so thank you people and everyone there you have a good day and I'll be seeing you Thursday
F. O. F.
Good place for shopping. Wuite busy lately
C. 1.
Morrisons isn't as price competitive as Tesco on some products. It's ok on the whole, decent fishmonger which I've always liked about the Morrisons supermarkets.
N. O.
Good selection of produce and reasonable prices. Too long a wait to pay though.
J. W.
Rather busy today and a lot of empty space on shelfs
W. P.
Disappointed as the magazines had not been renewed for this week as the regular staff was on leave surely another member of staff should have been allocated and not left for the regular staff to try and catch up when they returned to work
M. C.
I bought 2 cornish lemon sole at Morris ons yesterday. They were very fresh and delicious. I would buy from the fish counter again.
V. T.
As it had been some time since i last visited morrisons, i found it rather overpowering as it had changed so much, new entrances, new layout, and a lot more choice, fantastic. Just needs a few more visits to know my way around and it will be good to go.
J. T.
Staff really polite and willing to go out of there way to help. Premises clean and a good selection of food. Don't overstay the 3 hour parking rule.
L. F.
I have satisfaction. I would like to eat in Morrison's Cafe.
Example a very nice fish and chips. 😉
P. H.
Love the store and staff work so hard to keep us safe but more customers need to wear mask,s.
b.
It's morrisons, you know.
J. D.
Good accessible store with plenty of parking. The fish and chips in the cafe were excellent 😋
B. R.
Very good but some things you can't get
P. S.
Morrisons is fine just let down buy the parking. How are you supposed to have a good look around Morrisons and B&M in the time permitted in the car park.
F. K.
Morrison's Northampton has got plenty of Asian food and also has Halal corner
S. A.
We stopped here for a quick bite to eat pre-threatre; food averagely priced ... and average quality, which is what we expected. Well, I expected a full English, but found out that they don't serve those after 3pm
K. B.
Very badly organised only on employee on the self service tills you can catch a bus quicker than queuing for the cigarette counter
C. C.
Good quality for the price of stuff. Very grateful they still do NHS discount.
S. S.
Free parking, and great selection of unique Morrison products
S. S.
Fantastic customer 👏 👌 service
A. M.
Didn't have everything I was looking for. This isn't unusual lately. Store a bit of a mess.
R. O.
Ticks all the boxes...
. great parking..... lovely restaurant, nice staff, good menu and keen prices......well done...... the shop's great as well!
C. A.
Great store, staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cheryl last night. Who went out of her way to deliver excellent customer service.
B. H.
Shelves nicely packed and efficient ,friendly till workers
j. “. W. b.
Good size store with plenty of parking spaces. Cafe with decent prices and good food. Also has an onsite fuel station.
T. A.
Supportive staff. Got all I needed. Enjoyed my NHS discount too 😊
L. M.
Bit confusing as layout different to my regular store. However tills were normal. Not split in two. Much better.
E. T.
Tills were very busy but to be expected as people seemed to be panic buying again!
Staff were really helpful and friendly
K. P.
Not the cheapest place but you can find basically anything here, so worth to visit is you do your monthly big shopping
A. C.
So far the best morrisons that I've been to. Everything's in stock all the time when I visit and the bakery always has fresh items.
P. M.
Especially good with fish, great choice and price. Nuts on average 30% cheaper than Tesco.
A. N.
Good products, the best fish! It's a shame that usually you have to wait about 10-15min that someone is coming to serve you at the fish desk.🙃
C. W.
Really nice modern store, good choices, freindly staff and prompt service.
L. B.
Good shop
W. W.
Big shop stocking everything you need. Clothing range is lovely and affordable
D. N.
It is convenient, pleasant staff, and well organised during this time of lockdown. Thank you all for working and keeping us going.
J. T.
good cheeses and meat selection. serious problems finding a trolley that would accept a coin though looked at several trolley bays before we found a working trolley
D. A. S.
Great place to buy groceries.
A. R.
Cracking supermarket, nice n clean. Well managed, good location. Excellent choices. Smashing deals..
J.
Good food at good prices.
J. M.
Excellent store, good prices, get more for your money here, wide range, plus in-house cafe for good value meals all day.
R. B.
Great service, excellent fresh meat and fish.
Great service take away, excellent fresh bakery. 100% recommended
T. E.
Good choices of food only criticism is they need to keep filling up the crisp aisle every time I go doesn't matter what time of day always empty
S. 1.
The usual Morrisons, quite the nice place, many cheap things, huge parking lot, an alright salad bar, friendly staff and good variety of products.
Exactly what one would expect.
A. N.
cleaning sprays at entrance, no one way entry system anymore though. good range of food, but staff could improve
J. C.
Shop was fine. Toilets a disgrace and when I found someone to tell, they already knew that there was a problem! So why wasn't it sorted?!
G. W.
Stacked full of pies, pasties and oven chips; perfect for a 1980s diet.
N. E.
Easy parking, cheap fuel but quite a few empty shelves this time?
B. W.
My go-to supermarket when I need that special thing but don't want to pay through the nose for it. Great selection and good value.
A. M.
Half price breakfast.... Superb value and taste.
D. P.
Large store with a good range of products at competitive prices, and always has some excellent special offers. There is also a cafeteria which does a good breakfast and lunch.
R. Y.
Good shopping experience, very nice restaurant, load's of parking plus a petrol station. Not a long walk to town either.
D. D.
Largish Morrisons with fish counter, cafe, toilets and parking. Usual good range of decent quality groceries at reasonable prices. Self check out useless.
s. w.
You can get everything you need and more here, staff are friendly and helpful
J. W.
Large Morrisons with very few staff on the tills when we visited.
C. E.
Chaotic is the only way to describe the restaurant at cattle market. I would say that it's true of every Morrisons restaurants that I've eaten in. The redeeming factors are the staff
M. B.
Not always a great selection of goods
P. L.
Fresh food is really nice, especially fruit and veg, love the bakery choice too.
M. T.
Clean, Well laid out. Easy access parking for blue badge holders, baby parking. Staff pleasant and helpful
K. P.
Great parking and loads of space. Store has had a bit of a refurb so still trying to find my way around again but all is well.
A. H.
Free parking, easy access, super selection of vegetables and a great fish mongers and if you have a sweet tooth they have a great bakery
H.
A very big Morrisons, pretty much all food. Decent quality stuff, nice looking little cafe though didn't get a chance to eat there
H. J.
Great place to shop .friendly staff . Great value food fresh & frozen
p. G.
This store is much the same as all other Morrisons shops. A great shame that there is so much perfectly formed veg and fruit. It all tastes the same after all.
R. M.
Good store with lotsa choice and wide range of both chilled and frozen veggie food.
C. A.
A little pricey and minimal variety in regards to your everyday products. Their fresh products are lovely but that's about it.
j. c.
No washing powder on the shelves but a very helpful, cheerful young man went & found some for me
B. J.
Had a awful experience, the staff where not very helpful! We should all stick together and be a little kind. Thank you Mr James
K. A.
The only place I have found that are giving away face masks for all customers that have forgotten them in these challenging and changing times.
S. G.
Staff usually helpful and usually alot of good offers. Sometimes the customers can be a bit rude to Other customers but I guess this is to be expected from a town centre supermarket.
T. E.
To be honest it is just another Morrisons. But I do love to shop near and the producer is fairly priced in todays market and very nice quality.
G. F.
Morrisons is just like any other supermarket is Morrisons quite good on some items
R. K.
The best bakery in town, I wouldn't go anywhere else
H. M.
Good but can be even better with pricing an product aswell
C. C.
Staff was very helpful and polite, I was able to retrieve my lost property. all the security checks was done. Very pleased.
V. R.
Large store extensive choices catering for many cultures. Good shopping experience with helpful staff.
J. T.
Decent variety of not the full range. Quite a small store but they fit as much as they can in. Staff are friendly too which is always a bonus
