It's a pretty big store with good stock of fresh and frozen foods. The prices are slightly higher than Aldi but not too high. The staff is friendly and well informed and helpful in nature.

A wide range of frozen food with vegetarian and vegan options now becoming more prevalent. There are also plenty of ready meals based on foods from other cultures. The aisles are wide, though that doesn't seem to stop people from walking into each other constantly. The queues tend to move slowly at peak times, but if you arrive near opening time you can usually be in and out pretty quickly.

Yeh, good, I buy what I like especially wild king shrimps. They are particularly great 3 bags for £10. Make us 2 great meals either for curry sauce or pasta sauce excellent, my favourite. But I think if your selective you get some good things. Only place that sells slimming world food too.

This shop is open until 8pm on Saturday, so handy. Came here on 04.09.2021 and it's a lot bigger than the Anglia Square branch. Staff were helpful and happy. No queues and everything is easy to find.

City store so can get very busy then quarter of an hour later hardy anyone in there. Parking is expensive at the car park above the store a lift directly into the store may help some people if accessibility is an issue.

I understand that, due to covid, staff numbers are reduced, but only having one checkout open unless the queue gets quite long is rather frustrating.

Always a cheap place to buy. Fresh bread is fantastic..great taste, great price, buy 2 loaves...it's cheaper and it freezes well. Fresh fruit, veg, meat just as good as supermarkets. My only gripe, no choice of rolls.

would like to personally thank Lewis he was very polite and the home delivery was packed perfectly he also went above and beyond to make sure i got my delivery correct and undamaged, he took great care in everything he did. Will be using the service again and 100% recommend it!

This place is pretty decent, a large range of frozen goods but they also offer a range of canned and packet items foryoue pantry. I was happily surprised to see quorn options available in here and they were very cheap so i would come in here just for that. They also offer very good prices for milk and bread so its a good place to bulk buy and if you have a family.

I hadn't been in an Iceland store for years before moving to Norwich, mainly because their branches were not convenient to where I lived so used Supermarket freezers or another chain beginning FFs!! Not just frozen foods, it's amazing what they do sell and their fresh bread is amazing. Great prices too.

Fuss-free supermarket. Very competitive on certain lines, with enticing but often sporadic offers on a range of branded groceries. I wouldn't do all my shopping here, but have found Iceland to be a valuable asset in the ongoing battle to keep living costs low.

Que's at checkout way too long. Not the fault of assistant at till. They have to put items through and pack them for people who do a large shop. Should have a separate till for people who don't buy a delivery shop.

Cheap items let down by long delays at the tills. Often waiting for a significant portion of time before another till opens, while someone packing the home delivery just stands and watches everyone queuing.

Having seen Watchdog, I tend to shop here for ambient temperature foods biscuits and drinks. I noticed that customers shopping is left in crates on the shop floor by the checkout. I don't think I would like my meat and refrigerated items left out on the shop floor.
