Good value for money. I get my Bisto here as its larger and cheaper than the supermarkets. Good value but be careful what you buy (cheap pizzas aren't tasty, Gino's range isn't great either). Their party food is OK, would avoid the Chinese takeaway range. Fresh fruit and veg last longer than some of the cheap supermarkets. Dairy and fruit juice are good value. Good range of popular cleaning products. One of the few shops which do cash-back.

Staff are hardworking and deserve a pay rise. They are always friendly and provide good customer service. It can sometimes smell very bad due to the clientele that visit here but they carry on regardless.

Iceland in Anglia Square can be rather a lottery currently, as if you shop at peak times you may find only a couple of tills staffed with lengthy queues at both. However, if you drop by early in the mornings or towards closing time you can usually be in and out fairly quickly. I've personally found the staff friendly and the wide range of frozen food good value for money.

Excellent supermarket that stocks a huge range of frozen foods and other food and drinks and household items. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Prices are low too for such high quality products.

Sorry to say but there so so under staffed that you nearly always have to queue for a good while,staff that are there are good,but the area manager should hold his or her head in shame,lovely store,good products but waiting in a queue yet again 10 deep while 1 checkout open and only 2 staff in the whole store,not ideal.

Not really my kind of place. I occasionally pop in when I'm passing if I need something but it doesn't really cater so much for people who cook from scratch and need things like herbs, spices and ingredients. It's mostly ready meals, convenience food and confectionery.

Can usually find what I'm looking for although Iceland is notorious for continuously changing the freezer layout, hence the bewildered people wandering round!! My only gripe is that there are never check outs open and when time's ticking by on the old parking meter at Anglia Square it can be a rush back to the car in time. Come on Iceland more check outs open to meet customer needs
