Good selection of products for a small-ish local supermarket. Excellent service (friendly, polite, helpful staff). A tad pricey to use for my weekly grocery shopping but great for a mid week top-up or for buying things I've run out of.

Often low on stock, very poor social distancing, queuing for the tills is haphazard at best. The self checkouts are temperamental and they don't have enough staff to deal with stuff at most times.

It can be difficult to get served in this store. Mornings very busy lunch time very busy. Evenings not so bad always a queue though. Outside on Bracebridge Drive during daytime it can be manic . Always full of cars and drivers feeling road rage. It's a rare moment when you come across a fellow driver who will give you a chance to get out of your car to be able to even enter the store.Best time for me are the evenings between 9 and 10 PM. As a disabled person who has a walking difficulty and I'm not tall either it can be problem in the store , also, often a lack of staff .Have to hunt them down to get assistance in reaching products on high shelves. However it is the nearest store that is accessible to me and not to large to get around. One or two girl assistants are very nice and friendly and very helpful . Sadly I can't say that for all of them. Some of them don't seem to want to work. Quite a few of them hide in the back until they are ordered to the tills.That is why they only get a 3 star rating from me.

More gluten free foods would make my rating higher and the costs of gluten free foods are high so lower prices for these would help and would have me visit this store more for my weekly items

Love all the staff they are so caring and helpful . They go out of there way to help me with my shopping because I am a double amputee in a wheelchair . Love them al they all deserve to be recognised for there effort support and friendship xxx
