This is a very nice shop. Lots of fruit and vegetables and a good choice of rice available as well as fresh and frozen meat. They also sell plates, bowls and glasses as well as a variety of drinks-fruit juice and fizzy drinks.

Always my go shop to get halal meat, vegs and other Asian stuff. Nearly anything i need for cooking dishes from my country that i cant find somewhere else i can find in here. Great varieties of fruits n vegs. Only negative things,the serving in the meat counter often too slow. Many staffs behind the counter but they are always busy doing other things and leave only one person seving all meat customers. Also on the tills, some of staffs are sometimes quite rude, scan your stuffs, pass them to you but look at somewhere else. No Thank you after you pay.

Great place for Asian/Indian groceries in Nottingham City center. You can get atta, rice, namkeen, sweet dishes, Maggie, biscuits like parley-g. Its easy to reach by tram from old market square. If you have trenbarton bus pass then take rainbow bus. You can get all Indian veggies like okra, bottleguard.

The Supermarket is huge. One can veggies n all types of fruits. Some if their fruits were getting rotten n the prices were expensive for the rotten fruits and veggies. They have a huge fruits n veggies section outside the shop. Parking is very hard to find. Long que at the meat section where only 3 people working. Fruit n veggies section needs a lot of improvement.

Friendly staff, great array of fresh fruit and veg, all the usual non-perishables with a great choice of ingredients for Indian, Pakistani and African dishes. The Iranian dates are like mini medjool, but 600g for under £2!

This particular speciality supermarket is I think the largest in Nottingham to offer exquisite and rare foods and ingredients for mainly the Asian and African cuisines. They will offer a different selection of fruit and vegetables that are not available in mainstream supermarkets. But also they are cheaper than mainstream supermarkets and offer larger bulk quantities in many types of foods that compliment mainly curries amongst other selective specialties. You will also be able to receive many different meats as well as the usual along with the service of a butcher to slice and dice etc for you. I promise you that you will walk in here and discover foods that you did not know existed. But don't expect the staff to be trained like those in a Tesco, they are good but customer services is limited other good points are that the bags are free for customers. There is alot of parking available but it is usually quite full. Do not park on the road adjacent or you will recieve a fine.

Love this place. The halal butcher is pretty good, the selection of fresh fruit, veg and herbs is great, and the amount of spices and "ethnic" stuff they stock is absolutely brilliant. Best of all, it's way cheaper than any mainstream chain supermarket - especially the fresh produce.

Don't forget to check the bills before leaving as I have had experience of getting billed few items more than displayed price on multiple occasions.
