C.Loud guys yelling profanity outside which made me not want to go in but I did anyway, it was the middle of the day. It was very busy and only one checkout was open, pretty disappointed.
They do have FRIDAY'S chicken wings which are really nice, that's the only reason I came.

D.I had my first delivery today which was on time the delivery boy was very polite and helpful ( Josh ) I have COPD and artharitas and have trouble getting down the step so he put the bags in my hall so I could close the door the super market I used to use would not do that ordering from Iceland was the best move I made thank you Josh and Iceland

P. S.Carlton Iceland is the third of these stores I've visited. There is not enough staff , some are filling shelves and are in such a rush that they are oblivious to customers walking around the store. The frozen food is excellent. Some other items can be a lot more expensive than supermarkets. Another concern is their home delivery service which had taken over the Bulwell store, so I stopped going. The store in Hucknall was excellent until a recent experience of staff disrespect. Iceland need to consider either having more on duty at anyone time or shelf 'restocking after opening hours. This would reduce staff work pressure and increase positive customer experience. To customers of Iceland, take care when shopping in the stores and challenge staff or other customers if they push into you. Happy shopping.

S. (.It's a frozen food supermarket, why it requires a star rating is beyond me. It sells what you'd expect it to sell, it closes a bit too early for those of us with social lives, and the staff are the usual disinterested teenagers that we all were when we had supermarket jobs.
