Have always used this Iceland store staff friendly shop clean.But went today to find out that they don't deliver any more.I had a trolley full got no help packing as I was on my own and while I was putting my shopping into my bags I got asked if I'd got a bonus card yes I said but can't get to it at the moment so she just stood there till I'd packed everything very helpful not !!

Suprisingly quality food at VERY competitive prices all the time. Fresh food as well now that is on par with everywhere else at prices that also appear to undercut a lot of other chains as well. Definitely worth a look if you are not put off by the dodgy adverts...

The Customer service is ok. The deals on food is pretty good to be fair. However my best friends mum bought some sausages from here before Christmas 2017 and they cooked them, made everyone ill. Checked the packet to find out they were dated 2015...

Cheap prices and the service is good too. Parking isn't so convenient but there is a council cat park behind it and you currently get an hour of free parking which is a help. Worth checking out if you don't normally shop here

Iceland is great to grab a freezer tea once in a while, and the delivery is a great option. But usually totally inaccessible to me being a MUM of 6, 2 being under 3yrs old. Can't understand why they don't have double childrens seat trolleys nor any baby trolleys.
