One young woman was on her own and this was around 11pm. She was very assured and competent and polite, but I felt that she shouldn't be on her own at that time of night. The shop is excellent, and petrol prices had gone down. I often frequent this Shell and Waitrose store on my way between Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.

It may be expensive but it's really convenient and always good service. Food is top quality even the hot food.

Have used this garage for years now. Staff are always polite, usual garage fayre food wise, and found toilets to be fairly clean. A good stop off if travelling on A52 or A46 with excellent access to both.

Expected standard for a petrol station. Pricing I'm sure isn't as bad as Motorway stations but could still be better. Possibly made worse as it is now a Waitrose so offering higher quality products, but higher pricing. Always clean, tidy and respectful staff. Use most weeks for fueling my car for convenience but will fill up elsewhere when I'm away from home for a better price.

Friendly service and great rewards app! A selection of foods and drink as it has a small waitrose shop and hot food selection. There is also a costa machine which is pretty standard most places, I would use it if it had plant milk options but sadly it doesn't.

So handy having a Waitrose nearby! Only a limited range and some bits are £££ but products from dairy to dessert, ready meals and fresh veg. Good fresh bakery stuff too.

Yay. Used the charging point to charge my electric car. Beware of ICE internal combustion cars parking in the charging bays and nipping to the shop. Good selection of food and it even sells petrol!

Dont use it for fuel or shopping - as a delivery driver in the area it's a convenient toilet stop Very little.parking for big vehicle unless you park in the mud with the HGV's Male toilets are usually a mess.... water stained floor - broken but badly repaired urinal It does the job but there is certainly room for Improvement

Popped in to use the EV charge point and ended up getting a nice coffee and some pizzas for dinner. Great place to stop if you need a quick charge.

Staff only give 1 Spin & Win Ticket, even though I spent over £100 !! Other Shell Petrol Stations are Happy to give you minimum of 2 considering you supposed to get 1 with a £20 Spend.

For what it is, a petrol station with a shop, it has a reasonable range of Waitrose quality foodstuffs, and a Costa coffee machine. However during lockdown the quantity of food on offer is sadly reduced.
