Londis at Highbury Vale is the best Londis store I've ever been in, it's very clean and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend this store to everyone 😁 p.s I regularly go over there to collect a "magic bag" of reduced groceries etc and the selection of food in the bag is always excellent and the fab staff always bag it up ready for me to take home, thank you all so much 😁

They have lot of stock thst u need. Some frozen foods are expensive though and could be cheaper. People go back to a store because it good prices don't they. I have been using the store during lockdown as we didn't need to queue for long here so it was good. Went for milk n gas n electric etc. The necessities really

Great shop, good range of products means you can get everything you need without queuing and better pricing than the supermarkets. Great booze range, friendly and hardworking staff and open nearly all hours! Fantastic local shop.

First time in this shop to do a parcel return . The guy behind the counter was polite and very helpful ( a rare breed indeed ) A big pat on the back that man !!

I usually go there for my electric, most of the time if the member of staff on, knows how to use the new system for the electric key, it is done in seconds, however today I could not get my electric because the female member of staff on, was trying the old way and not the new way, I triex to explain to her, but she was not listening I think I disturbed her from stacking shelves, in the end I told her I would have to come back later when someone is in that knows what they are doing with the new system she clearly didn`t and I told her so, I told her she needed training, her reply was I know what I am doing I have been here years maybe she has but she has no Customer Service Skills whatsoever I have 2 Level 2`s in Customer Service and you don't treat Customers like that, I can only get my electric from that shop as my key does not work on the old system, If I gey a new key when I switch to Robin Hood I won't go in there again if untrained ignorant staff argue with a Customer, she needs to sit a course Yours Sincerely K.A.Pates Keith Pates

Corner shop that has good range of groceries, booze and cigarettes. Can collect and send parcels from here. Cash machine (that charges) outside of shop and one inside too.
