It was way too crowded today. I was honestly quite scared with the number of people. The traffic light system they have is only ever on green, it's never red and no one is stopping people from going in. Honestly, even by non-pandemic standards, it was too crowded. Serious, get a PERSON on the doors!

Staff always helpful, good sized vegan sections, usually has everything we need. Scan as you shop facilities are hidden away behind sale items so aren’t immediately obvious to non-regular shoppers.

Plenty of parking (during weekdays), scan and go and self serve. Fresh meat and good selection of fruit and veg. Note the madness that is the people waiting for the reduced products 😱 they should put them in a rugby team.

I usually shop at Tescos and am very happy with staff, products, service etc however I am saddened to see how much the site has been overtaken with itter. All the green areas and bushes that should enhance the site are sitting amongst plastic, cans, food wrappers and general litter. The peripheries of the site are the same. It feels as if Tesco doesn't care anymore

This store is very good! They have a wide variety of products with helpful staff and long opening hours. The car park is massive and the store is easy to get to. The store layout is good with items placed logically and the shelves are not too high for vertically challenged people to be able to reach. Stock rotation is done well here and it is always easy to find what you need. The ethnic food section is also very well stocked so you can easily buy Indian, Chinese and Polish food. Very impressed!

I think Tesco have generally done well under trying circumstances. However, I visited at 1200hrs today and there were at least 6 customers walking around without face coverings. I thought it was the law that they had to wear them? Why hasn’t Tesco staff challenged them and refused service if they don’t comply? Personally I don’t agree with face coverings. However, it’s the law. So I obey it.

good products and good its open till midnight only grip is when i go about 8 30pm they close all tills and selfserve only not good when you have a trolly full of shopping and a big que need to open a few tills.

Crazy easy to park even during busy times of the day - and enough staff to watch tills and be on the sales floor. The store sells everything you need plus more it’s easy to pick things up you don’t need. The new scan and shop is something definitely worth trying as it really speeds up paying at the end. Occasionally you get a random spot check which is fine.

Gorgeous friendly staff always a pleasure. Good value and quality food every time. Unfortunately due to Gedling homes staff always in doing their shopping in working hours I can no longer shop here. This is due to speaking out about their diabolical work and how it's ran on abuse. They are proper scum. Currently in court with them and cannot go near them for my own safety. This shouldn't stop anyone else shopping here as it's a good shop

A store with a smiling team and a customer service of impeccable standards,excellent shop with a great range of products and goods. Tesco are always welcoming and helpful especially for the less able-bodied and elderly, assistance is a precious commodity here. Never had a gripe with interior, clean, well organised and easily accessible. Externally, the general car park is ideal however the negative aspects are not a reflection of Tescos' but more of the ignorance of the general public. Still individuals misinterpret the rights of where they are entitled to park. Lazy individuals whom abandon vehicles for 'quick' run-ins should be CLAMPED or at least reminded of their lack of manners, DISABLED ♿ BAYS & MOTHER TODDLER BAYS ARE FOR A PURPOSE. For that only reason, I would be critical. However not to finish on a negative, Tescos is still the major store amongst other competitors. Five stars all day long.

Popped on today whilst on my travels.... it's not my regular store due to being so far from home. Had everything I wanted and more .... even managed to get some early BBQ food for the hot weekend ahead, due to it being April most stores haven't got this in yet!! Staff were very friendly and the manager went out of his way to speak to me and my 4 year old. Very refreshing experience, lovely environment, I will definitely visit again - Thank you

The Store is ok, bit battered and bruised in places though most likely through the age of the building. Staff are always polite and working hard. Car park is a nightmare, lighting is shocking, one of the flood lights is out and when dark does give any light onto the crossings - could be dangerous.

Tesco in carlton. Please make you mind up where to queue to go to the tills. For weeks you've been saying queue in where the wines and spirits isle. Today I queued there stood standing like a pratt for about half a minute. Then I noticed there was no one calling me to go down. I walked upto a till and the guy operating the till shouted at me to queue up in the isle. Use your tannoy more often if your going to do this. It dont take rocket science

It's not a huge store and doesn't have many men's clothes compared to women and kids (and hardly has mens sales). It uses to be 24 hrs opening, but now closes at midnight I think. Lots of parking, but avoid parking on the lower level if you don't like a long walk or feel vulnerable

Customer-friendly. I broke my bottle of whiskey 40 seconds after i paid 25 quid for it. I was 15 meters away from the till, a guy (employee) came up and said go to customer service. So i did, 5 minutes later they gave me a new one, sealed bottom. Now,excuse me,but where i come from this is very UNlikely to happen. My admirations, brilliant customer service! I will come back to you guys even if i need a sponge. Thank you!

Staff are generally not welcoming. All they watch you for is you stealing anything. Great place to park up your car and shop for week or even month.
