The place has transformed even bigger than last time I have visited and have a lot of asian products. The freezer and fridge section has become bigger and was able to find a lot of the thai and chinese ingredients. Some of the products did not have translations so it was a bit more difficult to understand it but if you know what you are looking for it was easier to ask the staff. The price was good but some of the other shops offer student discount so having some discounts can be even better. Japanese range were a bit fewer than other stores so having more Japanese goods will make the place even better. Will be back :)!

A well known secret in Oxford for a wide range of Asian groceries: even had durian fruit the last time I was there. I did not partake...
Grab a 10kg bag of premium sushi rice for £16, which is better than half price if you compare with Waitrose/Sainsbury's. Soy sauce can be better than half price if you buy a 500ml bottle. You can pick up gochujang paste, gyoza, Indian spices, dried fish lollipops, all your authentic cooking utensils, sake, chili crackers and so much more. It's an Oxford institution, please support them 🙏

Finally a Chinese supermarket. Stocked with great Hong Kong Chinese food. Prices are reasonable and service was great

Just went in after the recent expansion and wow! So much variety and they've expanded the refrigerator and freezer sections. They also have great custard buns (nai wong bao) here.

My daughter wanted to try and cook some dishes from her Waggamammas cook book so we visited this place to try and get a few things you can't get at a normal supermarket. It was a bit of a challenging experience as asking for help had limited success. But there is a good range.

This place is an Oxford institution! Great foods and homewares at very reasonable prices.
Their selection of ramen noodles cannot be equalled. The tea is excellent value too.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating with questions regarding products. If you cook Asian food or just like to try new foods this is a brilliant please to start. 🥡😁

They sell almost anything I needed to cook my Malaysian food. Staff are very friendly and the boss is very knowledgeable if you need any advice on ingredients you need to cook whatever you are trying to make if he is around. I go there almost every week to do my Chinese food shopping. Apart from Chinese, you can also get Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Malaysian and Singaporean products although these days with global pandemic, it is not easy and not always you can buy what you are looking for so be prepared to be disappointed. Prices are ok for a small retail shop.
