Reviews of Marks & Spencer
Extremely nice lunch and especially liked the watermelon!
Also thought it was thoughtful to have pyjamas and baby food as well as nice looking gifts :)
If you want somewhere to sit that’s not looking out onto the ambulance bay, go into the Japanese garden around the back of the M&S.
Coffee and cheese toastie were nice, but very overpriced. Cost me £8.50 for a Latte and a toastie. It makes sense though because its a Cost of Living Crisis so they need to raise prices to pay their staff more. Im sure the staff are on a lot and the profits arent going to the big boss of M&S ;)
They don't accept returns here, even though the M&S website states they should. Everything else is good.
Nice to have onsite, loses a star for the price of sandwiches etc. £4.25 is exorbitant for a ham and cheese sandwich.
The coffee's great, the hot cross buns too. However they'd do well to focus a little more on the state of the seating area. On the day we visited most of the tables were sticky with spills and the floor crunchy with crumbs.
