The supermarket itself is very good it has a lot of variation of items all over the world but my problem is the toilets especially the toilet downstairs where there is a changing place for children. It is not cleaned most of the time as I would expect someone to clean it regularly like they do inside supermarket. Please can you look at this, as we have babies to change in there and it is not a good environment for anyone.

Very helpful polite staff unlike0 Tesco they'll go out of their way to check if they have a productsa out in the storeroom (and Tesco rudely said if it ain't on the shelf obviously we haven't got it don't know why people keep asking) I left went to ASDA looking for similar products unfortunately they didn't have them but supervisor put non ASDA products in my basket and gave me a free voucher to spend I've shopped there ever since. Plenty of friendly staff good product range are willing to help out at the self service check outs. The only problem is more security is needed as there always seems to be shoplifters inside the store and people begging outside the door.

Okay store. I ordered some items online for me to collect in-store. Had an email and text message to say my order was ready. Came all the way and was told the system was down. No warning whatsoever! So I came on a different day i didn't have my phone due to it being broke which had the code on. But I wrote it down and shown the lady instead. I also had other details too. Women at the till got salty with me because she wanted to see the code on my phone and wouldn't accept it on the piece of paper. She randomly lectured me saying I should have come on the right day. Then she spelt my name wrong in the system, then she trIed to make me think I went to the wrong store. Then she shouted at me in front of customers. Her tone of voice was appalling. All she had to do was do her job. I got my order in the end from another lady who was a lot nicer. If I order to collect again, I'll probably use a a different store or just not bother in future. Also on a different note as soon as you walk in or walk out, you are harassed and shouted abuse by people sleeping outside.

I personally don't enjoy going to this Asda when in the center. Don't go unless you like weirdos, millions of mums and prams and people walking in your way. The only times we go is when we go on a walk along the embankment and we forgot food. The only good times is late in the evening when you can get your shopping done peacefully without being bombarded with the types of people I listed above. Also convenient when you want to go to Pets At Home as well.

Shopping is fine. However don't stay in the car park longer than 2hrs even if it's to only ship in Asda and your in the disabled bay and you take longer because of your disability plus staff problems because a few days later you will get a £70 parking fine through your door!!!

Excellent value for money, i came in to get some moisturiser for my legs and came out with a weeks shopping. Although its not the cheapest in Peterborough it definitely is still remarkably cheap. The only sad part is they do keep increasing prices and lowering the size of items. I remember when a 12 pack of donuts was £1.50 and now they're almost £3 but oh well.

Firstly let's start of with the negatives. In the mornings everyday until 10.30am there is only 1 or 2 employees working on the tills. This is the same after 9pm as well. Saturday mornings are quite busy but when I was there last Saturday there was only 3 employees operating the tills and a 4th manning all the self checkouts. Secondly, the shop floor isn't always very clean with boxes and packaging all over the floor some days. Not only does the store look messy but it is a great health and safety hazard. The store is very understaffed and need more staff members working in the mornings. The positives are the reason this ASDA store gets 5 stars. I still believe I am being too generous. The staff members provide excellent customer service and are approachable. They are very cheerful! The store has a wonderful range of products and the quality is great! The store facilties are well maintained and looked after. Overall, I do recommend shopping here.

I am disabled and ASDA is the best place to shop for myself in Peterborough I have a buggy which they supply if I need help with anything they are always willing the security staff are absolutely brilliant and the cafe upstairs are the best

I shop here weekly and find the staff to be the most helpful of any other supermarket around. Customer services are brilliant and will try to resolve any issues quickly. Click and collect at this store is a very slick automated operation which is much quicker than waiting in a queue for service. Even though the store is not the largest supermarket in Peterborough it stocks a huge range of products which are generally either cheaper or price matched. Well done Asda! (And no, I don't work here!)

Typical asda really. Nice big car park that's also good for use to local shops and city centre. Has a decent cafe for quick bites or even a meal. The down fall has to be the self service machines, so so so slow and the store assistant isn't the sharpest tool in the world.

I went to send a parcel, and requested a label to be printed at click and collect. A Staff member did not come, the system just goes back to the home screen. Eventually I asked a security man whether he knew who looked after click and collect. He said he would go and find out where they were, he came, he could not find them, he rang, no response. He then asked for an announcement to be put out. Eventually someone came. A big thank you to Nathan (security man) for all of his efforts and with a smile too He could have easily said it was not his job. Fantastic customer service.

Earlier it was a great grocery store. But nowadays I found it more expensive and limited collection of items. Like - Asda ready oats, puffed rice and many more goods. Hope Asda will be customer friendly soon.

Good sized supermarket with pretty much everything that you could need at good prices. The opticians in particular were very friendly and helpful. ( and brilliant prices for 2 pairs of varifocals, with tints and high refractive index lenses at £99. Similar specifications cost me £450 + @ Specsavers!) Interesting to read some negative reviews... such as the parking meters.... the person placing the review should realise that the £2 is a flat rate for 2 hours, slap bang in the City centre - this is fully refundable if you spend £10 in the supermarket. Seems very reasonable to me! Another comment was about only having 2 rails of clothing in George. Odd, there is a whole separate George shop next to the main supermarket.

The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The choice of goods is quite high and the quality is not poor. The shop is in a pretty good place. It is a shop that has been quite frequent to visit and we have not been disappointed yet.

Due to an alarming incident, my 9 year old son had to speak to the security. He has disorganised speech so sometimes it can be hard for him to explain things clearly. The security men were so good with him & reassured him & despite being scared those men made him feel proud of himself. The 'Mrs' went into Asda Peterborough today to sort out 200 photos for a 2 day collection service. Typically, she chose the hour that the photo department staff were at lunch and the machines were off. Fortunately, Kamal Kahn had been put on lunch cover: he restarted a machine and made sure that all the photos could be ordered. We just wanted to say thank you for his fabulous customer service.
