Nice prices, but the staff can be a little more relaxed. I usually write reviews and somehow I forgot this one. About two months ago I was here morning at opening time, I saw the fresh bakery shelf and didn't find any information about the fat used, so I looked around for someone to ask, and I found an elderly lady at the till. I asked her if the bakery section had any animal fat, she gives me this grumpy look and says "allergies are written on every item", I gave a smile like the one I gave when I was asking, and didn't bother trying to explain that animal fat was never an allergy but an intolerance, because such thing should be common sense for a food shop staff member. As a customer it's an expected thing from me to be comparing my experiences in different stores, so I can tell you that two weeks before that I asked the very same question in a tesco express, and each staff member would ask the next one till they reached the inside where they've been baked and brought me the answer while smiling, not one of them gave me the feeling that it's a silly question or a waste of their time, I'm not saying tesco is better, I'm saying tesco staff were relaxed and know that animal fat isn't an allergy mentioned on their papers
