It's like an Aladdin's cave of Eastern foods and ingredients. There is a short stay car park to the rear (30 mins £1.50) and most times the back door is open, so you can access the store from the rear. A stunning selection of fresh, dried, tinned, frozen etc foods you could ever wish for. A reasonable selection of cookware, utensils etc too. Good prices and all the brands you could wish for.

I love love looove Janson Hong. They have a good range of food from different countries including sweets and canned drinks. They also have kitchen utensils and bowls, plates, chopsticks etc. I go there most times I visit the city centre.

A small but very good specialist shop for oriental food and supplies. The staff are always very polite and knowledgeable and the shop is surprisingly well stocked with almost everything you might want.

This is the only Chinese Supermarket in Peterborough that I know of and sells a really good range of asian produce. They have good fresh food, tinned foods and frozen items and also you can buy from them wholesale. They have a really good range of produce - I highly recommend them.

You can buy most Chinese and Japanese cooking ingredients here for a fraction of the price of Tesco and other major supermarket brands. Also they sell fresh soft silken tofu (the kind you'd find in real Japanese miso soup and Chinrse Mapo tofu stirfry), as well as deep fried tofu/Abura Age for Chinese and Japanese dishes. All traditional Asian tofus made by fermented techniques, not like the ones sold in western supermarkets. Also can get Malaysian/Singaporean pandan cake and other Asian baked goods like Chinese buns. Prices very reasonable. I always come here.
