Lots of nice food and bakery is lovely. I generally use self service machines and don't have to wait to pay as there always a attentive helper for when the machine isn't happy with the bag weight, or of I've purchased beer and it needs authorisation.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Sarah the store manager at Serpentine Green Peterborough, she has been very helpful and to me has gone out of her way to find products that are not on the selves but may be in the stores. I am a coeliac so therefore it is important to find Gluten Free items, and I can say that your Ginger snaps are the best* Dorne

My wife and I use this shop at least twice a week because it is very clean and has a fantastic selection of quality foods. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. We have also used the café regularly but after our visit on the 4/11/19 we felt we must praise the lady who served us with our teas and toasty. Her name was Vivienne. She was an extremely pleasant lady who even warmed our tea cups up. A very pleasant place to shop and eat/drink in.

Once a year i go to M&S for our Christmas food (nice to have some posh food occasionally) and always shop at my local in Kings Lynn but found out the food hall at Peterborough was much bigger so decided to go there instead. Arrived shortly after doors opened at 7am and it was already busy with a few people barging in or nudging others out of the way. Didn't find everything i wanted (several items from the TV ad simply weren't stocked, now or later) and there were acres of fresh fruit and veg crowding the entrance and first part of the shop (which by the way is far better quality and way cheaper elsewhere), but there was a decent selection of items and staff were filling shelves as they emptied. Probably won't go back next year as not worth the extra miles for just a few items i couldn't get locally.

This M&S has proven to be a great addition to Serpentine Green. Providing easy and convenient access to food when one is in a rush without having to traipse around Tesco. The food in M&S is almost always of high quality and has a good variety for such a small shop. The fresh baked bread and pastries are delicious as are the the packaged ones such as their Lemon Curd Whitby Buns which are a favourite of mine. One of the best aspects of this shop is it's lunch selection quality, which is leagues ahead of its nearby competitors, but at a higher price. I must say I am partial to their chicken sushi selection as a person who hates fish.

It was nice however if u have a buggie or trolley ur stuck as not lot or space even wheelchairs have prob to get in or out. We went in today and it was chilly with the situation of the cafe to the main door summer time it will be ok but in cold weather need jumper or coat.

Love M&S meal deals, excellent prices comparable to other super macado's . Jalfrezi is amazing. Whole hog and dirty fries are to die for. Service was great and the staff are polite and courteous at times.

Nice coffee and iced spice buns. Not so happy with the entrance though as it's the entrance and exit to the food hall and the cafe the shopping trolleys are also kept in the entrance/exit so extremely difficult to social distance, not good at all.

Has a good range of food and drink and some beautiful cakes! Someone needs to tell them that their almond milk and the other non dairy milks in the fridge are long life though and don't need to be in the fridge 😁

This nice new M&S Simply food has a nice cafe with nice views, a great place to chill out during your shop. This 'Simply Food' store offers a bakery, ready meals, sandwiches, salads and snacks, as well as wines and flowers. They also have pretty cards and nice quality gift wrap. It also has a good selection of food for the weekly shop as you would expect from an M&S. It also offers a clothing and home collection desk and free wifi. The following services can be also be ordered from this store; clothes, homeware, food, flowers, plants, personalised and wedding cake orders. Also there’s a handy postbox by boots which is great if you need to buy a card and post it straight away.

I went into M&S cafe at Serpentine Green at lunchtime today . Had a lovely Latte and Tea Cake . It was very busy so is obviously popular , my only complaint was it was uncomfortably cold and looking around there wasn't many people in there that had taken their coats off 😱😔
