Nipped in early this morning. Appreciate that shop needs to be filled but on selecting my items when walking around the aisle it would be helpful if staff are not working on stock not to leave it on the floor as to cause a trip hazard. Only caught that at last minute.

Went for cafe, my brother and sister were looking for somewhere to have an all day breakfast. You know when you fancy something and you have to have it. We went all over, they were either shut or didn't do one. So we went to Morrisons for petrol and had brainwave, so went to cafe and got breakfast. It was really great, will definitely go back.

I usually love the breakfast in Morrisons cafe but this time many items were not available and although substitutions were given this was not explained. In store, produce is great with a very good range available.

Visted the cafe. Was dirty on the floor and ta less considering there was 2 staff and we was the only customers in. Food was pleasant and the kids enjoyed theirs. Menu was very stricted too.

Great shopping experience and the restaurant staff were very accomodating with the food orders and the obtaining of a container so that we could heat the baby's milk up. The store was fairly well stocked, even for a weekend but ready for Monday morning onslaught after the children have gone to school.

Food here is mostly good, but very often when having a breakfast meal the fried eggs are often over cooked without runny yolks, and the toast is too thick and under toasted (very anaemic). The cafe is also cold and have to wear a jacket which is not comfortable for eating. We will return though 🙂

We sometimes go to the cafe, it's affordable but you will have a wait, I did see someone pick up a mug and help themselves to a coffee seems legit lol, food is ok nothing special really pre-cooked, staff didn't really have much customer service and I had to shout if anyone was serving which makes you feel uncomfortable, kids eat free on each main adult meal.

Update: 23 October 2018 - During a visit to Morrisons today H and I noticed a new Timpsons store. It's a small shop, standing on its own in the car park directly opposite Morrisons main door. It cuts keys and does all the usual Timpsons stuff. Inside Morrisons, there's another Timpsons that concentrates on laundry. Although a little way out of town the ease of getting there and parking makes for a good shopping experience. This is a large store with a great range of groceries, drinks and many other goods. I particularly like their Tiger rolls and their range of breads. There is also a fuel station at Morrisons with prices that match the best of the rest. Just a short walk away (1 minute - if that) there is a large retail park which, after you've finished your shopping, is worth a wander around. I would recommend this store - as would H.

The store is generally good but the selection on areas like the sandwiches is quite poor compared to yesteryears gone by. The little hot food bit at the end of the sandwich isle should probably be avoided. Not the first time I have grabbed a bacon roll of there only to find that I needed an angle grinder to cut it into bite size pieces.

Just eaten a rib-eye steak from the butchers dept (not pre-packed). Very very good. Not the first time - have been buying rib-eye and rump steak from them for several months now and have not been disappointed. Very happy. April 22. Just had two sirloin steaks from butchers counter - excellent.

An extremely convenient place for a supermarket. Right on a major going right to the city centre and Glinton and outside of 3 major shopping outlets, 2 restaurants and the A47! The Morrisons here has good foods and I enjoy going here after a day at the Brotherhoods Retail Park.

I don't usually shop here but had vouchers to use . I also wanted G Free food for myself and son. Half of the shelves for that were empty,didn't have great frozen selection. The shop was clean and plenty of staff. My usual trolley for a month is about £230,it was £300 + ,will be going back to Lidl / Aldi next time as can't afford extra £70 month. I'm not sure how people shop here unless on really good double wage. Ok

This store really has some above and beyond staff but sorry to say there are are some freewheelers you know who you are you let the others down. It doesn't matter too me but these people are very noticeable most people would be too nice to mention it. Overall good useful shop. More recently staff may have changed but I am afraid emphasise seems to be orders and filling up with evermore expensive products.

I would like to thank the quick response in the members of team that helped my daughter. I'm not sure how but she got her foot stuck in the toddler seat of the trolley. She was very distressed and upset as well as my self and they kept calm and Issac (checkouts manager) helped free her foot. After alot of cuddles and chocolate the member of team got her she is doing fine just very sore and bruised. Also like to thank the team for the after help knowing I was distressed from what had happened they helped supported me with the rest of scanning and packing my shopping and bringing it to my car Thank you so much to Tina and Angela and everybody that helped

The staff are very courteous and welcoming. There are much more variety of goods. Staff are always at hand, even if they are busy with their own jobs. If they cant help, they go out off their department and fetch the relevant staff. But I have to say, The staff with management positions, like customer service without fail, always disappoints me. When they see a customer approach their station, and stand at their counter and greet them, they are having a natter, with a colleague they do ignore you.. I always, without fail, come out with bargains and more than I went for. 😁

Shop is a bit crowded with all the stock pickers standing around and having a chat. Some very helpful staff but some on the tills very slow. The one we had today was so slow that I nearly fell asleep waiting for the items to come down the belt.

I aint been in morrisons in ages but going back in there i actually kind of missed going in morrisons, of course if you want your fresh bakery you have to be an early bird(if your not fast your last) but this new system they have going in there self checkout very very good, you scan the item and it show you a picture of what your scanning, so yeah technology is getting better, and one thing i noticed thats very important there was no homeless sat outside so people can go in and shop in peace just what we like to see.

I really think this Morrisons has done an amazing job during lockdown. I never really shopped here before but have now switched. Always have hand sanitizer available and offering customers masks who didn't have them. Friendly staff and pretty well stocked compared to other shops. Good job 👍

Fancied a change this week. A tad expensive compared to Aldi or lidl but the music in store is great! Loved singing along to the music whilst shopping. Is that Morrison’s new gimmick, getting people to enjoy the visit by playing decent music as happy people spend more. I might go again this week just to hear the music. 😂

Cafe is nice. But the store is dirty and not clean at all. This store could do with a refit needs some TLC. Told at staff member about the freezer broken and chicken was defrosting in it but staff didnt really care. Said they would sort it out later. The what was suppose to be frozen chicken was soft and a bit frozen If a customer brought it and refreshed this, they could be very ILL.

Was kept waiting at the checkout for about 5 mins for a supervisor as the assistant had made a mistake, she another member of staff over to help but also didnt have a number, but went and asked another person who was on a checkout, she then came back and reeled off a number which we could all hear,.I in no way blame any of the assistants as they did their best, there was no one there at the time to help them, i am a retired person who until recently worked in retail for over 28years and been in the same persition and its not nice for the assistants, more help needed for them please

Good choice of products in a supermarket thats well laid out with nice wide isles. The good thing with this store is that the fish counter is not located near the entrance, so you don't get a wiff of fish when you go in, which always makes me feel sick. Staff working hard to restock the shelves and direct the shoppers during the Covid 19 restrictions. Some items still in short supply, but I got everything I went in for on this trip. Queues to get in can look long, but that is mainly because everyone is spaced out 2 metres apart, and the queue moves pretty quickly. Same with queueing for the checkout when you are ready to pay - extra customers meant I had to queue down one aisle, up the next, and finally down a third before I got to where the staff tell you which checkout to use.

Good prices and value for money but always have issues with their accessibility. Five times had to contact them about putting benches back bear tills and their one mobility scooter is frankly embarrassing to use as way too complicated and slow. Staff who give out key for it can be quite ignorant too.

An excellent range of gluten-free products is one of the main attractions for me. Plenty of good-quality fruit and veg and a comprehensive meat counter. Sometimes the fish almost begs to be bought, other times not so much. Overall goods are easily located, any there is usually someone on hand to point you n the right direction. Once or twice over the months the check-out price did not reflect the price on the shelf, either due to misplacing or not updating, but the help-desk were quick to resolve any issues. We always check our bill before leaving here, as we do elsewhere.

Great to see a Supermarket really enforcing the COVID secure scheme! Plenty of sanitising stations throughout the store! Clear instructions all around and event like designated barriers to help with social distancing. Screens at all tills and also between each of the self-service payment points. Suprising to also see many members of the public actually following these guidelines and masks being enforced throughout the store is great too! Thank you Morrisons for making it secure for us all

Came in for their Xmas lunch at about 2.30pm. Have had it at other morrisons and it's usually OK. We'll, today's dinner, we were told there was 30 minutes wait. OK, we don't mind. It came after about 20 min. Mine had no roast potatoes, no Yorkshire pudding, no cranberry sauce, no stuffing and mine was swimming in gravy, while his had hardly any. He also had no yorkie, or stuffing and rock hard roast potatoes. We did call someone over, who went off and got us yorkie, cranberry sauce, and roast potatoes, and some extra pigs in blankets as there was no stuffing. What we got tasted OK, but really, we shouldn't have to complain to get our meals as they should be. Such a shame too, as its usually passable. Am hopeful that our Xmas pud and custard will be OK, as really, it's hard to mess that up, isn't it!! Gotta say though, the staff were all lovely, especially Jordan.

Usual offerings from Morrys. Have to say that this store suffers badly from poorly stocked shelves primarily in fresh produce area. There never seem to be enough staff to replenish stocks when depleted. Plenty of parking but limited to 3 hours, beyond that they issue fines through the post. All vehicles are monitored both in and out of the car park. Worth mentioning that car park is controlled by 3rd party and not by Morrisons.

You have to look carefully at dates on fresh food also have to check that fruit and veg is fresh . I have several times found mouldy fruit and veg in with the fresher things . Often have the items priced up wrong eg. Put expensive items in an area where something has sold out due to a sale but leave the sale tag in place. I personally think this is a ploy to get people to buy the more expensive items as when you get to the till you are unlikely to want to leave it behind. Also for anyone wanting to hire a rug doctor the 24hr hire is advertised as £22 but you are not advised that there is extra if you want to hire the tools, once again, caught out last week. I know the last gripe is not Morrisons fault but you often feel that you have to be on top form when entering the store to make sure you're not taken for a ride.

What wonderful helpful staff. The lady who is mostly at the desk next to Timpsons, assists my disabled partner every week. Always a 'hello Ian' and ensures he has the key to a in-store mobility scooter. At one time there was only one scooter and amazingly the store now has two. This helps Ian shop independently, the ladies and gentleman on the tills always offer to help pack the groceries. The staff at Morrison's Lincoln Road Branch go above and beyond the call of duty. Waited nearly an hour for food in cafe.when it came was cold. Was replaced not the fault of staff busy because of fathers day,but Morrisons management should have anticipated that would be a problem. Extra staff was brought in but still took too long. We were advised there would be a 30 to 40 min wait but an hour is too long when you still have shopping to do and get back to car park in time. When McDonald's open Morrisons on Lincoln road Peterborough will loose a lot of customers from the cafe unless they take action now. Too many people taking food back either cold or missing items on the plates. I have a long time customer very disappointed by this state of affairs.

On Saturday I called into the shop, browsing through the clothing section I found a jumper, it was in the sale section but had not been re-priced. Rep of clothing co wasn't around so the jumper was kept for me at customer service desk. I went in today Sunday, the jumper was no where to be found, staff appeared uninterested. The jumper was still available so as I liked it I purchased it (full price) still no sign of the Rep. I have always shopped at Morrison's but found this very disappointing. Update: I received a call from Julie on the Monday, advising that the item had been placed in the wrong section therefore not in sale. She confirmed that she still had the jumper behind customer service desk with my contact information. Advised that I had been in on Sunday and told it wasn't there and confirmed I had purchased it from stock. Great customer service from her, why not the 2 members of staff ?

Well done Morrison. 5 star for store service. Everything was easy and faced up well, with fresh produce and customer service was great. Thankyou pizza lady today at 4:30pm on 28th November, can't remember her name I hope Morrison read google reviews. I've been here about a year and half ago, and had a seriously bad experience, I was disappointed that they had such poor security on site especially the car park and shop front. The incident was with foreign drunks pushing and asking for a fights, as they walked around the front of shop. Morrison could do nothing to support this, their security is not so great, you need to be concern at Christmas, that's when it happened. So 3 stars only please becarful
