K. V.It would be 5* if the old woman who works on the post office side didn't try to charge you for the most expensive returns when it's not necessary! The lovely guy doesn't do it so why does she! She ripped my 17yr old daughter off when returning a skirt and charged for special delivery! Horrible woman get rid.
c.We've started using this post office & convenience store after moving to Werrington village recently. We now consider it to be our local shop. Service has been consistently friendly, polite & professional, which makes us want to continue supporting it. While we walk to it, car parking is available on the street outside. Highly recommended.
N. B.Had I written this earlier in 2017 I'd have given them 2 stars and couldn't have reasonably commented on customer service as I never got anything other than surly and rarely a smile or thank you.
However, following their period of closure (for whatever reason?) the former counter staff now are in the 'shop' and the new Post Lady is doing a great job. Service has improved so much and it's lovely to be able to complete your transaction and receive a smile.
This little post office ought to be a hub of the village and now it has a chance to be just that.
