This Co-op is great it’s a big store with a post office, self service check outs and a separate Tobacco kiosk.

Very friendly staff all ways willing to help and they don't mind questions if your are unsure about about anything or if you need someone to help you find something there all ways there for you. All Ways find it at this store specifically that unless it's on the shelf they don't have it in the back as they all ways seem to be restocking anything that has gone out no matter the time of the day.

A medium sized store with friendly staff. The quality of fresh is on point with plenty of choice for a medium sized store. Regular deals found at the back of the store are a cheap bonus. Parking is tight and your average shop can be a bit pricey.

This is a large, well stocked store with loads of parking. Because of its size opening hours are restricted on Sundays but it's open from 6am till 11pm every other day of the week. My only gripe about this shop is checking out. It's a large and busy store but the bigger checkouts are rarely manned, leading to big queues at the tobacco counter and self service checkouts. The self service checkouts are awful, often they don't recognise bar codes, or the correct weight of an item, and of course they're always needing staff to verify age restricted items. They dont always have a member of staff free so you have to wait for someone from the tobacco counter to finish serving and come bail you out. Several times! It's frustrating for both customers and staff. Oh, and one or two of the staff would benefit from some customer service training, like how to smile when serving you! Sort these out and you'd have five stars.

Big Thankyou to Denise today who put time into solving a problem, as my elderly father only purchase half his items, leaving other items unpaid in store thinking he had already purchased them.After going through tracing purchase my father now relized what happend but saying big Thankyou with your proffesionel support and the cashier. Use this place quite regularly.Nice little shop with most of what you need. Staff aren't always the friendliest but there is a couple of nice ones.

It's a Co-op, not really a lot what to be said about it. It's one of the smaller stores in the area although there is a decent sized free carpark attached. The food is generally good, although not as cheap as other places, although I tend to find it's better quality. There are 4 self service tills, which isn't a lot and sometimes if can take a while for someone to help if the tills have a moment, which they frequently do. The normal checkout tills are so rarely open I think you've got more chance of winning the lottery than being served on one. Inside is generally clean and tidy and the selection is decent, despite the store size. Just don't expect too much variety. Inside there is a post office and attached to the carpark is a pub, chemist and two fast food outlets offering pizza or fish and chips

Always a pleasure shopping here. Well stocked every visit and lots of special offers. Friendly helpful staff and particularly Keira who personally helped me today. I made a point of asking for her name and said I would be reviewing her excellent customer service. Also has a bonus of having a post office within and long opening hours where we can also do our banking. Bonus if a large free carpark as well.
