J. M.Handily placed in Crownhill village. Store is quite small, with narrow aisles to navigate your way around, especially if you have a pram or walking aid. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shelves are usually well stocked. Since losing my local branch in September 2020, this is nearest to where I live, so I have to travel a short distance, so the welcome ambience is much appreciated. Also two self service tills have been installed, and there is a takeaway coffee machine, too.

O.It's a bit cramped when busy but as long as customers don't stop in the isle's for a chat like most do then everything moves quickly.The produce is perfect and if you are a early bird you will be served at 06.00 in the morning. With a cashpoint just outside you can not fault this friendly little store.
L. M.Great if you only need a few items. Like all convience stores you pay extra. Can't argue too much as its only a 5 minute walk from where I live.

L. P.Good store and good selection. The only reason I didnt give 5 starts is because I struggle to get around the shop with my pram. This is because there is always shelves being stocked and so there are cages of food in the way.

Staff are generally fine and happy - those who aren’t don’t work there for long.....
Can be a bit slow at the tills - usually only one person at them.
